The Landsraad (non-elected):

The Landsraad is the non-elected body of the nobles, from the greater noble houses, known as the Great Houses. It does not pass the laws of the Diet, but it can suggest laws to the Diet, and sees more of a role in legislating royal affairs and deciding ownership of the crown when there is a dispute, as well as representing the nobles of Untecna. It also helps to balance some influence between the Emperor and the Great Houses.
