Thrawn did not mean to insinuate that Oa was a member of the Quentian race, just a remnant of their technological prowess. The two would walk up the stairs and into the complex.
Thrawn: "Indeed. I did not mean to say you were Quentian, more or less just a product of their brilliance. Regardless your existence has sturred great interest among many of our scholars and researchers. How have you managed to survive this long anyway?"
Thrawn was genuinely interested in learning more about Oa and how she functioned, along with learning more about Quentian technology in general. Of course, he wished for access to it but he knew that would take time and he had no interest in creating hostilities with Quentian AI to accomplish this.

Notably Sky was still holding his hand possibly unintentionally but regardless. Wild golden flowers were a common sight along with the blue Echo flowers, vehicle flowers had a tendency to whisper and repeat what people near them say.
And of course there were many rivers and waterfalls which were synonymous with the waterfall marshlands. Some of the trees in this area looks pretty similar to the ones on the surface but they had a glowy property to them as most of them were a blue color and glowing.
Sky: "Because of all that efficiency stuff that you guys are known for no doubt. Waterfall happens to be my favorite place to visit whenever I have free time really. I'd say it's pretty nice here!"
Thrawn did not understand why the Columbian Executive bothered with their wish-washy congress but nevertheless, he knew that these people very much valued their democracy and would not curtique for now. He would move on to one more thing.
Thrawn: "One more thing, the good news is that this isn't exactly a criticism of the Interstellar Accords, but I feel this must be dealt with now. I have heard some rumblings about a plot against the Government of a Hegemonic Vassal. One indeed supported by Madame Irulan."
He would look over some of the documents with him before showcasing a holodrive with a recording of a meeting between Irulan and Baron James Kant.
Thrawn: "In my hand is a recording of a meeting between Baron James Kant, a member of the traitorous Kant Family, and Irulan on the topic of possibly overthrowing the government of Archduchess Ophelia."
He looked at Julian and the others, his face stern once again.
Thrawn: "This is quite direct in my eyes, a clear will to try and destabilize a part of the Hegemony simply because of a grievance. This is a very serious matter to our national sovereignty."
He would hand the recording to an aide who then brought it over to the Columbians for review. He would wait to see what they had to say, also to allow Ophelia to talk about her own side of the story.
Ophelia: "This is a grievous injury and insult to my country, my family."
She paused and looked over her own documents.
Ophelia: "I was initially informed of this by one of the perpetrators, whom I shall not name right now, as they are under my protection until the full plot is uncovered, and then after this, I shall seek to keep them protected."
She paused thinking carefully.
Ophelia: "To say that I am happy about this would be an overstatement, I should also add the fact that Kant offered a territory administered by one Winston Churchill, a territory that is essentially under direct Eossian control, and as the recording states...she accepted it."
She leaned back.
Ophelia: "Equestria would request immediate and swift action on this matter, while we sort out the other half this ordeal."
She remained calm and collected, something which would seem odd perhaps to those who had known of Equestrian erratic behaviour, even odder the calmness that she maintained about such a greivous crime.
Aurelian nodded in agreement. Callaxians were indeed big fans of efficiency and all the benefits it brought. Though it did often make many of them not value the beauty in nature and the wilds. Aurelian got a sense of the magical aura flowing through the area.
Aurelian: "I can see why, its beautiful here."
He would look around him, his face showing nothing but pure amazement at his surroundings. It was clear that he liked the place a lot, though as he looked ahead and saw Sky's smile that same feeling came back. He didn't know what it was, but he knew that he loved being around Sky.
It seems sky shares the sentiment with him, and she indeed really likes him quite a lot. She smiles at him
Sky: "There is a place here, where we can see the palace... It's very cool because we are perhaps a few hundred miles away from deltarune right now meaning we shouldn't even be able to see it logically"
And so she leads the way and they eventually come across that place she was talking about. The caverns shine a path for them so they don't accidentally take a misstep.
Over a massive River they can see the skyline of the city and the palace in the distance, indeed she was right as despite the impossible distance they can still see it and it also looks closer than it would actually be
