The DMS here by migrates its entire membership into the ranks of the Fifth Empire (FE);

The merging members of DMS are offered priority in being added to the Regional Map & hunger games VI upon placement submission;

The merging members of DMS that become Imperial Citizens can request map placement and games participation asap;

The merging members of DMS will be given highway pass to Imperial Registry and all the appropriate badges from the Virtus-Honor system;

The Greater Imperial Russian Empire will given a position equal to that of Magistrate reserved for members who led merged regions- After merging process is concluded;

The DMS will be assigned a cultural "legacy" artifact and honored forever in the Imperial Legacies dispatch as to remember and preserve it's pre-FE history and celebrate the future fun and success of its membership within this growing brotherhood;

The Greater Imperial Russian Empire and the DMS ruling council promises to commit to the growth and success of the new soil upon which they now lay roots- this Empire is yours to cherish and care for too.

The badge of Legacy of Sanctum is awarded to verified DMS high council members who choose to join the Imperial Registry.

The badge of Heritage of Sanctum is awarded to verified regular DMS members who choose to join the Imperial Registry.
