IC: Then it is official and agreed on by both parties that Berdune has joined the "Anti-Viking Coalition". OOC: I appreciate it but I'm in BITO and I've a defense clause in my treaty with Vostag so I'm not worried. Someone comes after me basically means going after Vostag too. Assuming the almighty Hyperborean deems my cause just. So no worries.

IC: The research station on Caspak Island has been underway. The facility is on a separate, remote part of the main island. It is secluded in landlocked area where mountainous terrain and dense forests cover and protect the facility from any dangerous wildlife, but inclusive enough to passively study. Scene routes where scientists use to travel the island with fenced-in enclosures where observers can peacefully research the dinosaurs. The primitive species of humans have been selectively chosen out of a few to study, where their genetic makeup is being closely studied by genealogists. It is found that a significant amount of the primitives' blood contains that of Voliekian blood, which was confirmed when an Imperial Voliekian Battleship was discovered on the far side of the island, appears as if those who survived the wreckage integrated and bred with the primitives, which would explain their features resembling that of the scientists observing them. More research into the makeup of the primitives have been carefully managed by the team to insure the least amount of impact they are making on a civilization unique to that of the rest of the world.

IC: On one of the islands part of the Caspak chain has been converted into a forward operating base, named "Fort Alduin" in honor to President Alduin, who was responsible for Sovern's purchase of the new territory. While it is a center of scientific study, and a popular destination for those dedicated to biology, genetics, and ecology; the strategic importance of the island makes it a key to Sovern's ability to contribute to the war. A military installation has been established, and has been deemed an important logistical center of operation for the Sovern military; which gives it jurisdiction and expanded influence in Leukonesia, in the grander sphere of Rutas. This is just another step in Sovern's ambitious plans for the world.

This is a big leap for the nation, and it is yet just a single step into the right direction by President Randall Smithers.

OOC: Well you've got 3 fission bombs. Looking at your world rank stats you aren't quite there to be popping them out like Willy Wonka making candy. But congrats on the first step.

Oh and fission powered vehicles smaller than say a ship arent really possible. Lol a fission powered car would be like driving a bus filled with lead. However if you keep it up then I'm sure you'll be able to get to the point like many of us where you have vehicles running on clean, pure fusion power.
