We don't need the whole ICBM as we have big rocket manufacturing industry and we can build it ourselves, we only lack the nuclear warhead. We can also do with a classical bomb as the ZhTTA still has some tactical bombers capable of carrying a nuke. RK-ZhTTA is also exporting the Wolfram ICBM. All dedicated info is in my factbooks about space program and armament of ZhTTA if anybody wants to buy some.

The last nuke built in Eastern Tatarstan was somewhere in the 1958. After that we switched all nuke factories to make uranium for nuclear power plants. In the 80's we developed the Wolfram and that was basically the end to nuclear weapons manufacturing in Eastern Tatarstan. We still have the uranium enriching factories but it will be too costly to rebuild the infrastructure needed for manufacturing and testing the weapons. And that's why I wanted to buy them rather than make them myself. OOC I know about the uranium. Do you mean to apply for the embassy?
