The Hapangians have decided to not take the capital, but instead siege it, AA has been stationed all around the city and a "donut fortress" has been constructed, protecting from attacks from within the city and outside of it. The city is constantly under bombardment from orbit and from the fortress

The Haivonian forces in the south decide to regroup themselves and find a better position, acknowledging a Hapangian victory. However, they make the Hapangian advance way harder then it would be without resistance, slowing it down significantly.

The Capital Fortress is self-suficient, however it needs constant repairs to keep up going, something the Haivonian forces are willing to pay the cost for that.

The Hapangians keep using Trisolaris whenever the fighting gets too hard and the Hapangian forces do a painful but constant advance. Hapangian spaceships payroll the skies to ensure nobody goes in or out.

The bombing intensifies and the amount of AA stationed on the donut fortress is constantly increasing, it seems like ZH is trying to make the haivonians literally run out of materials with which to repair

Oh no, we are not self-sufficient, just that most of our imports are from TGR, Coldian, Kes and Kaltovar, and most of our exports are to TGR, Coldian, among others, but our trade with Krys was small.

the asukana army retraeted from the second siege of shiumu calling it a failure and insteal focus on the main front and requesting supply from Zaberaz hapang due to the fact that the economy can no longer keep up and some unit are even starve to death from the lack of suppy.

The Haivonian forces are ready for biological attacks, but the civillian population of Asukana probably isn't.
