To the most esteemed members of the Saldanha Security Treaty Organisation,

The 21st Sortition of the Grand Assembly of the State of Nadiya, after great deliberation, has decided that it would be in Nadiya's best interest to partake in this most esteemed association of nations.

As such, the Grand Assembly has appointed me, Chairwoman of the Council Elders, Yana Stanislavivna Hajduk, to ask this esteemed group of nations for a chance to be a part of it and partake in its activities and help us both achieve our goals of peace and prosperity. Nadiya's goals align with the Saldanha Security Treaty Organisation, and we pledge to work with her Member States to any degree possible.
