China isn't on a constantly losing position and they don't need to invent new things about the US every day (not like they would need to do that anyway) to fuel its Military-Industry-Congress complex like the US does. They know The Empire will soon collapse and they are desperately trying to hold on whatever they can no matter the human cost.
