Radio waves are really slow in cosmic terms, and getting anywhere near the Primaeri isn't going to work.
In all honesty, your best move is to lay low, not provoke the Primaeri, bide your time, slowly and cautiously expand, etc. If you don't stick your head up, they won't necessarily notice you, and if they don't notice you, they will forget you exist. And if your existence is forgotten to the Primaeri, you are safe from their wrath.
