Xyrgistan is a corrupt politician from an establishment party. Despite holding the very speaker of the house they have made little to no progress in increasing house activity and in fact a recent experiment ran by the Prime Minister May very well suggest that the UPP house members may not be even reading legislation proposed.
Furthermore the Federalist Party is the only one which has consistently developed and stood up for heart. Under Federalist 
The Scottish Republic Heart reached record highs, and under his leadership in the Union territories have become larger than the capital. Furthermore while Xyrgistan talks big game on the topic of foreign affairs heart only has the power to conduct foreign affairs due to my actions with the Scottish Republic. TSR and I led the movement which pressured the federal government to give Heart control over its foreign affairs.
