All television and radio broadcasts are abruptly interrupted showing a colourful image typical when technical difficulties show, (except on radio with buzz instead), after 5 seconds a message appears with a loud repetitive warning signal of "danger directed towards the public".

a robotic voice reads the following message;

Important message to the public:

"A suspected terror attack is occuring right now in the city of Kingsbury, South Hagstonia. A total of 12 have been confirmed wounded and the perpetrator is still on the loose in Mall Marina on Main Street 3d Avenue. Shop owners are advised close their stores as possible and evacuate the area if possible. Residents living in the area are advised to stay indoors, close all doors and windows with locks, shut off the ventilation and to close off the blinds. All other civilian persons are advised to stay out of the area and evacuate immediately and respect the barriers as the royal guards attempts to stop perpetrator with special equipment. Do not leave by car, gently evacuate on foot and stay calm. I repeat, leave your cars where they are and evacuate on foot. Thank you for your cooperation!

Addiotional info: Guardia Nacional and military reinforcement units have been called in along with ambulance, polic force and fire brigades. Please make room for them to pass through if you spot them coming from behind you on the road."

voice repeats the same message for the next 30 minutes before returning to normal broadcoast on television while the radio starts a live news broadcast to monitor the situation.
