Keep in mind, 829257 total votes, over the current NationStates population and taking into account that each vote is between two nations, means an average of 6-7 votes per nation. Practically, some nations had more votes than others, but even so, with that few votes, I'd say that while making it into the top 10% or so is possibly something to be proud of, your exact positioning within the top 10% isn't particularly meaningful.
