On one hand you have the argument that it's against someone's rights to prevent them from having children. But then you have the side which advocates such measures to work to eliminate child abuse, or unintentional neglect due to the parents being poor and thus not being able to give their children the most opportunities they might otherwise have.

I chose to make mandatory a license bc i think having kids (who cant defend themselves) protected is more important that protecting some rights some stupid people think they have with no preparation
