1. That’s what the FAQ says (not that I’m listening to it, it’s just an interesting fact)
2. A very good legislation could be voted against or later repealed
3. The legislations affect every nation in the WA, and the legislations may not be optimal for your nation or region (or you just plain don’t like them)
4. My email is spam and ad-protected, so the email can’t get through and I’m pretty sure other nations also have this problem
