The Order of the Empty Hand would take every precaution to ensure that did not happen. Urabi would, after all, be just another person under their care; they take the responsibility of caregiving very seriously. The only way he could possibly die (except of legitimate natural causes) would be through divine intervention, and we don't generally make our plans around that.
