I will appoint cabinet members based in uniqueness of ideas, devotion to the region, and eagerness to do the job. Experience will be a factor in consideration, but will be secondary to the characteristics mentioned above, as I believe it is also important for new nations to get a taste of privileges and responsibilities of being in the cabinet
