Pacifist Republic of Uricry, Homeworld

My emperor. The relocation program has yielded several millions of willing participants. Several businesses are interested in international trade within the new world.” The man would say bowing lightly with his right fist placed firmly over his left pec and his arm pressed across his chest. His snow white robes with crimson outlining draping across the crimson carpet floor.

Very good, Magister Equitum Magnus. With the expansion into unclaimed territories, we can hopefully give room for our ever growing populace while not taking any aggressive action and with these people moving to this new world, hopefully they can act as a branch of the Republic without needing use of the portal. After we’ve learned that the portal causes tears within the universe...We cannot risk a resonance cascade with a black hole. After the nation in Asiana is built and the nation is jump started with our resources, we need to limit the use of our portal technology and restrict it to only EXTREME circumstances. Please make sure construction is underway. Offer a raise in pay to any officers willing to move to the new branch in offer for their services. The businesses that are interested are a good sign and they should be able to support the branch nation. Start construction effective immediately.” Caius Callum would softly say in a calm and serene tone, his flowing blizzard white robes adorned with both crimson and gold outlines draped over his throne. A friendly smile of kindness spreading across his face.

The Northern Lands Of South America, Asiana

Rip in Five….Four….Three….Two….One!” The Foreman would say as he stood in front of the large ringed gate awaiting with what seemed like four million of construction workers, electricians, plumbing & city specialist. Among the black ringed gate, red lightning would pull from the center of the ring to the ring itself. A black ball of the void slowly tearing and filling the form of the ring as a loud hissing would echo from within the void.

The millions began to march through the gate, entering the blank black nothingness that is the void. Taking a few moments when inside to stare out into the bright tunnel ended like exit. Peering out onto vast woodlands with rolling hills, slowlying stepping out as they’d survey the area. This was the first time in nearly over ten years they needed not to raise a rifle or pull a pin of a grenade to expand. Taking deep breaths of the fresh, untainted air, the Foreman would step forward with what seemed like a comically giant blueprint/map of the plotted area. Housing complexes, business ordered structures, police department, town halls, jails & courts.

They want us to wire an entire nation?” The head electrician would ask rubbing the back of his head with a grunt.

A nation that will hold roughly 98 million. Apparently we can’t touch the canal area because a nation is in operation of that area. So we’ll be constructing from this Western border facing the pacific ocean to this North Eastern border facing the North Atlantic. We’ve been given city sectors to construct so we’re not constructing farms next to factories. These water border cities are to each hold ports. The capital is where we’ll start being already named “Pax Vobis”.” The Foreman would start up, explaining the rather large amount of work they would need to do.

Say...Doesn’t Pax Vobis translate to somethin’ along the lines of ‘Peace to you’?” The Plumbing head would say cocking an eyebrow.

I suppose it’s a show of good heart to the other nations. I don’t blame them for their hostility. You remember when mandatory service was still a thing? Occupational Forces were rumored to be some of the most ruthless in the Legion Empire. Terrorizing civilians and attempted assassinations on high ruling figures in his world. I’ll be surprised if get through a week of building without one of us getting dragged into a bush with a garrote wire around one of our necks.” The city service specialist would say staring at a sector map attempting to memorize where the urban centers will be.

With in a matter of three hours, it looked like the area where Ecuador, Colombia & Venezuela was scattered in snow from a bird’s eye view. Robed construction workers at their jobs. Ironically enough they looked more like ants even now more so when they were dressed in black. All of them working in unison to construct these giant urban centers paired with outskirts farming lands. There was something noticeable with their schedules, it appeared they had split their workers into shifts in an attempt to keep the construction non-stop. Large tent cities erected to house the workers as they’d build round the clock. Not a rifle in sight, not a grenade within miles, not a bulletproof vest amongst one of them. It seemed like they’d be at this for a while. Every morning, afternoon and night the same: Wake up, work, eat, work, sleep, work. The second shift even taking a nocturnal sleep cycle to continue the construction. If there was one thing that could be noted was their talent for skilled building paired with speed appeared to be non-stop. It was rough to suggest how long this would take but they certainly were quick at what they were capable at building.
