So...we finally meet Waluigi. You don’t know me. It’s been two leaders since the war. The one you knew. Dr. Rangan, was removed from office after becoming increasingly violent. His replacement John Randell, was killed by Rangan in a string of terrorist attacks. I am his replacement.
