After last year's unplanned zombie office party, your staff prepared well in advance of the scheduled rising.
What no one saw coming was a single zombie spending an entire year hiding in a box of staples in your office supply closet, waiting for the right moment. While you're sipping a cool generic beverage and your private army is mounting machine guns in the hall, the closet door bursts open in a shower of staples and post-it notes. As you scramble for that revolver from last year's news post, which you hopefully remembered to buy ammo for, the zombie comes to a halt in front of your desk.
"It's... pronounced... 'zeeday'..." With those final words, the rotting corpse collapses to the ground, its mission accomplished. Might as well double tap to be safe.
