I came from a region that was "conquered" by leftists and antifa-whatever-the-F. I've no clue how they did it, but after a few months of inactivity I log back on and see my once beloved region with a rainbow flag and a "Stomp Fascism" copypasta. Idk- I just want to be part of a region with like-minded individuals. Is this region at risk too?
Hello! I'm glad I found a group like this, I was even sent a telegram by anti-fascists telling me to leave the region seconds after joining, does this region have a central discord?

Welcome to the Union, Vipathe! Good to hear we still have the endorsement of the internationalists. And no, the RMB and telegram system meets our regional communication needs.
The only people I know to have maintained an army of puppets signed in manually, though it's probably not too much effort to turn a spreadsheet with login info into a script. Raiding has always been a manual action, since server update times vary from region to region. It's usually a bunch of kids sitting around in IRC or Discord and moving in unison.
Some people on the left actually do expand the definition of fascism beyond the actual thing. "Oh, you must be a fascist if you're a nationalist and believe in national pride" and things like that. This is not a fascist region as far as I can tell.
Basically. You are damned root and branch if your ideology is anywhere to the right of democratic socialism or you haven't locked step with the cosmopolitan idealists that lead this world. In keeping with the nationalist ethos, we don't interfere in the politics of our member states. If they find us guilty of "wrongthink" by association, then so be it.

It's hard to disagree. I don't know if you've read Max Barry's Jennifer Government, the book NationStates was actually made to advertise, but if there's ever going to be a corporate "nationalism" like in that novel, I have no doubt it will be borne from American ultracapitalism.
Unfortunately. People think capitalism is what we were founded on, but that's not really it. We weren't founded on the idea of constitutional governance, not the idea that nothing can be allowed to impede corporate profits. Plus, the national interest does include reasonable restrictions on businesses.

Not going to lie, fascism makes all other forms of nationalism look bad. People appropriately condemn the brutality of the fascists, as they were absolutely disgusting, but such brutality unfortunately gets associated with other forms of nationalism and national pride as well. If there is to be a nationalist resurgence, it must not be a fascist one.
From an "optics" point of view, I wholeheartedly agree. How many conservative and nationalist movements haven't been delegitimized in the public eye after comparisons with fascism or Hitlerism? Likewise, even leftist parties and candidates have lost elections once similarities with authoritarian socialism and Stalinism are found (e.g. Bernie in the US and Corbyn in the UK).
