Normally I would wait, but there's nothing in queue in front of it, so it could go to vote very soon (theoretically as early as next update). Plus, almost all known authors who draft well-written proposals on the forums know to campaign (in fact, the co-author is TRR's very own Robespierre, who was WA Officer towards the end of the previous term), so I know it won't be some noob who writes some terrible draft that goes to die.
