| Northern olympian states | At Firebase Eastings, Joshua Saer, the ranger who raided the apartment in Eastings where several anarchists made their base, is feeling regretful due to the escape of the unknown Paladin. All around the city gunfire can be heard. In the restroom Joshua stares at himself in front of the mirror, his mind lost in the oblivion that is shell shock. One soldier walks into the bathroom and can immediately feel the radiance of hate and fear. The soldier walks out to avoid what might happen. Joshua locked his sight on to a metal paper towel dispenser and let out his anger. With his hand bleeding and knuckles broken the doctor walks in. “Jay, I know you’re pissed off but it’s not something to kill yourself over” “I was too slow, the bastard got away. | Northern olympian states | The halls of the community centers in The Boneyard are packed full of civilians filling out their census questionnaires. Ranger Saer, with his duty weapon brandished on his shoulder, patrols each aisle of tables. The call is made for rangers to assemble and advance on an area of the city that is suspected to harbor these unknown anarchists. Making his way to the dispatch dock he sees an AG-67 Scout Helicopter land in front of parked BearCat armored vehicles. Waiting for Saer is his superior officer. “Saer, we’re moving towards Olympia Square. You and your squad has been chosen to test out a new toy in R&D.” “What is it?” “Something the government is having Drive Dynamics cook up. Right now they’re calling it the X5A1 Anti Material Rifle. I know nothing about this thing and it has never been fired yet so you’re the guinea pig.” “Who are we knocking out? Same people?” “Yesser’. Delta-10 is moving a convoy in and your squad, Immortal-2 will hitch a ride in up to a rooftop” Without question Immortal-2 dawns their new rifles and boards the helicopter. From their current altitude they see the skyline of The Boneyard in the sunset, a shadow of a once prosperous and powerful city. “Do you ever wonder how this place was turned into a landfill?” Saer says “The LDF” as if he has seen this happen before. “The LDF has done nothing but make false promises to people. Everything they touch, they ruin” The rest of the ride is silent. They prepare their thoughts as if they’re putting them into a box marked irrelevant. As they disembark onto the rooftop they can hear the roaring Diesel engines in the distance which is a sign that Delta-10 are on their way. They mount onto a rooftop HVAC unit to have more visibility. Saer loads his magazine and closes the action. “This thing fires a round that can take down an elephant. What the hell do we need this for?” “These have digital scopes, I see distance in meters and MOA on here” “Seems like they went all out with this one” Saer sights in on a makeshift armored sedan with a machine gun mounted on top “I got one technical at 500 meters” “I see it Jay, take it” He fires a round off, the rifle makes a mechanical sounds and makes a mound electric buzzing sound. A large .50 caliber bullets is thrown from the barrel traveling at a high speed into the gas tank of the armored sedan and ignites the gasoline. Saer continues to fire at concrete barriers, eradicating anyone who stands in the way of Delta-10. A few minutes later a convoy of BearCat armored vehicles through clouds of their own soot use their bullbars to smash through the barricade of abandoned cars. Troops disembark and enter into a firefight making the anarchists disperse into different directions while Immortal-2 on the rooftop continues to fire off shots into various anarchists running away. | |

| The Curers of Spode Humbled Minions | The Bioworkes Corperation After much deliberation, it was determined that the deal for securing a used kyber mine from the Quebecshiran government should proceed, with full cooperation with the terms offered. However, due to the governmental oversight, technologies not yet patented should not be implemented in the structure. R/D and design are working to rectify our technology patent issues, and in the by the time construction is complete (estimated four months for initial excavation). | |
