He Jabs his sword into the crack and forcefully pulls it apart with his enhanced strength from the potion, it's effects just about done for.

Markheev pulls out a basic nervous interface he threw together while he was waiting for Ulysses to be ready. It consists of a basic electrical sensor, hooked up to some rather unsettling Varskan tech, covered in glyphs that make the eyes burn and the head throb. -----------------------------
Konrad Chernikov: "What happened to you? Did a Legionnaire get to you or something?"
The Heliarchy - Expansion III Colony ships escorted with military fleets arrive at uncharted worlds, touching down and bulging outwards with pre-fabricated buildings. Construction vehicles and drones release themselves from inside and outside of the vessels, setting up the pre-planned and Supercomputer-calculated foundations for Ryk civilization. Ryks huddle in eager preparation. Then, they too are released to begin work and inhabitance. The planets colonized are claimed for the Heliarchy.
The third and final phase of this expansion period has claimed 100 Planets and 100 Moons.

The man takes another drag from his pipe, “You know, it’s strange we speak the same language, how do you know Xianese?” He says, squinting his eyes at the guard.
The agent to his side is quietly observing the conversation and the room closely, naturally taking notice of movement and flashing lights even though she understands nothing.

“On your way here, we scanned your ships and had some supercomputers translate your language. Then it was put into implants in our brains, so now we can speak and understand your language.” The hangar bay is somewhat empty, though there are missile batteries, ground assault weapons, and a few strike craft in dock. The room is grey, with hangar control in a compartment in the back of the room. The whole room is about 100m long, and roughly rectangular. There appears to be a Meklo walking towards them, wearing a special suit that would prevent things such as stabs.
Ulysses averts his eyes, handing over some tools and giving pointers on where to attach it.
Ulysses: "The hell is with the writing? That religious stuff?" ----- Kira: "S-some stupid bandit broke into the helios station and did a ton of damage to the remaining organic parts of my face."
The arboreal legion
The galactic empire of mexico The legion officially surrenders, sending a diplomat wherever the mining company instructs to settle the peace deal.

“Ho, we do a similar thing only we don’t use these bizarre things you’re speaking of” says the man in the large straw hat.
He looks over at the approaching man and takes a drag from his pipe, “are you one of these scientists? Nice to meet you.”
Gaamak remnants
“I am, it’s nice to meet you as well.” He replies. (just so you know, the Meklo are absolutely not humans. They are avian people that stand and walk like humanoids. It is absolutely impossible to visually determine gender until you gear their voices. 100% of the time a male Meklo has a much deeper voice.) “So, what brings you to our solar system?”
Xianwu
*Looks over to the approaching alien* (my bad)
“We’re just two of dozens of agents sent from a small planet called Xianwu, we represent the planets government the Qi Domain.
A few months ago we discovered traders using our planet and it’s heavenly rings to rest in their strange machines, then we realised there were more in the void than just us, so we came exploring.”
The man puts out his pipe and stores it away, he begins to talk in a more serious manner than before.
“It’s clear we need to learn, we need knowledge to take back home.”

Xianwu A Potentate Missionary fleet enters a stellar system they detect to have life, they broadcast their position and intent to meet with them

Markheev:"Sort of. They're words written in the language of the Groznbok, our gods. Since it was the Groznbok who gave us the Robota technology, it requires their power to properly function. Just try not to look directly at them and you'll be fine."
------- Chernikov winces before walking over to a large map on a table.
Konrad Chernikov:"Well, our next enemy is the Khitan Republic, a relatively large nation to our east. They control everything between us and the Kuralsk Sea, around 11 million square kilometers of territory in total. Luckily, they're also very unstable, owing to the sheer size of their territory and the bureaucratic mess that is their government. If we can take several of their industrial and civilian centers, they should collapse. Any questions?"
No-drives continue to be researched [3/4], G-Particle weaponry is finished, and witch space/Frameshift Drives continue to be researched [2/3].

When the fleet enter the system they detect the life is centered on a single planet covered in mountains and jungles. They also notice the warp trails of trade ships coming and going from the system.
"Come in, this is captain ridell of the merchant craft "Rubix", if you're interested in meeting with the locals i'd suggest heading to these coordinates, and stop cluttering my trade channels with that annoying message!" yells a voice through local communications, before sending coordinates of a planet nearby to the fleet.
In the capital many qi sensitive warriors and citizens felt the arrival of the fleet of vessels in the void and begun gathering to discuss potential reasons for the visit.
The recently ordained Quilla has gone missing, seemingly disappearing from the face of Raylon and Kinmoon space, her absence has stirred up trouble in the core worlds, but the news hasn't made it out...
With the disappearance of the Velrok, the emergency council stepped forth and gave Lord Kyredion full emergency powers, making him the defacto ruler of Kinmoon. Kyredion has decided to fully lock down the core worlds, and has cut off access to all internet services for the time being, and blockading all warp gates and lanes with warships to prevent the news from escaping...
Meanwhile in the hinterlands, the local warlords have become more active, taking advantage of the absence of the system control vessels which routinely patrol their space. But the presence of these warlords are dying, as they were pushed further into the hinterworlds, almost breaching deep space.
"I want everything shut down now! Nobody in or out until we solve this issue, and if she is truly dead... we can create a fake." Kyredion swiftly walked through the hall, cape swaying as he turnt corners, barking at troopers and advisors. He would eventually come to a stop near the balcony of the complex, reaching his hands out for the railings, and looking out at the vast capital city of Raylon and the beautiful scenery and nature beyond. "The state of our nation depends on me, if any of those filthy farworlders figure this out... riots, so many riots, and even an uprising"
Sobel spun in his chair, looking out at a wondrous sight. Yurae, the magnificent beast which caused the nebulae in the far west, now under his control, shackled and armored fitted on. How did he capture her? It didn't matter, he captured the most powerful entity in Kinmoon and the deep galactic west, most powerful next to Black Diamond of course...
Wait a second... Black Diamond? Sobel tilted his head back and his gaze was met with the hideous eyes of the very name he thought of. But he blinked, and it disappeared. Must've been a daydream, maybe.

"Very interesting. There are many more species in this galaxy than we originally thought. How exciting. From what I've heard you are a very primitive civilization. You seem to have zero knowledge of science yet you fly a spacecraft perfectly. Is it stolen, perhaps? You sound like you have an interesting history as well. So there was a spacefaring civilization using your planet to their advantage? I would love to hear more." The scientist is clearly excited, having only researched the weapon all his life he finally gets to focus on something else.

With everything becoming stable, the Gaa'Mak government has constructed a shipyard and drydock in orbit of Sanctuary. The old ships that escorted the colony ships to this galaxy are finally repaired, and the shipyard is on-line. Since the galaxy is currently at peace, only marine frigates will be constructed for now. Those resources need to go to the rebuilding programs. However, new marines are finally being trained and handheld weapons will be issued to marines.
In the space Around Helios, there were ships lurking. They had heard glowing reports on the wealth of the station, and saw it as a grand prize to be won, and so a pirate band seeks to make their move.
To start with, one ship, decked with an advanced teleporter, a level of high tech rare among the fleet, and sent in a team of around 20 pirates, all armed and ready, into the room where they suspected the railgun control was, the sole functioning weapon on the station, and the fact that could stop them. Once in, they would fire on those around them, not with bullets, but with special charges, meant to tranquilize and knock them out, for later capture.

Neo Animalia The first Meklan adventurers, seeking riches and exploration outside of the Sanctuary system, have heard about a thing the people of this galaxy call "vault hunting". Intrigued, they reach out to some associates in Neo Animalia and ask for help searching for said vaults.
Ulysses: "Right, let's get that thing in and connected. We'll prove that stupid AI that we should be running this station." ----- Kira: "Yeah, actually. Do you know if they have a central power generation area? If we can cripple that we can make it easier to take them down, since their communications would be interrupted and their manufacturing slowed."
The best leads take them to the Helios, a massive space station stolen from a tyrannical government that now sits in orbit around a mostly uninhabited border world.
The room was almost empty, the weapon partially disassembled with giant power cables hanging from the ceiling. A few moments later what looked like a regular bandit walked in with a triple barreled shotgun and dog-like creature following him. He jumps back before slamming off a couple of poorly placed shots into the wall.

The Missionary Fleet Master thinks out loud to himself "It seems this civilisation is already established quite well"
The Fleet Master does as suggested and ftls to the coordinates, all weapons powered down. All 35 ships waiting for a response from whatever government is below planetside.
They would open fire on him, to keep him pinned until the door closes again, and gives the all clear signal back to their ship.
Soon thereafter, a nebula class star-transport, holding hundreds of pirates, begins moving, reach top speed, aimed dead center at the station.

They hyperspace to the area of the station, where their small civilian ship attempts to dock. They enter the station and begin exploring. Perhaps this station could be of use to the empire.
The station detects it, sounding alarms all across the station while the most powerful among the vault hunters get to the predicted impact site in order to defend the station
The ship docks without much trouble, entering the main area of the station to see it almost empty, save for a few robots carrying boxes and a vaguely lupine woman commanding them.
