If you're supposed to have that access, you might want to head over to the Technical forum or send in a GHR to let the techies know; I think RO stuff is supposed to be all in order after the crash though.

No, I think it was simply an omission by the Telepathic Space Cats when they created the current officer corps. Anyway, I'm happy to remain here, as long as you have no objections.
