Minoa has sadly just announced the retirement of some nations in this region as part of measures to streamline her portfolio of nations.

I've just been appointed to lead the region, because Minoa is retiring some more of her dormant nations: sadly I've heard via the AFP news agency that among the retirees is our former founder and governor, the Metropolitan county of athens.
