wait, i realized something, if you look at portum's ded account you're see that in 83 days, someone can use the name. so if my assumptions were correct, there are other posts before this that are owned by nations whom lost not only the nation but also the mark (since i believe when you're name can be used by other people you just lost you're account, atleast thats what i believe), so in 83 days, his mark will gone, if my assumptions were correct anyway

Yeah, after 5 years if the nations was below 500 million population.
Otherwise the account is reserved and may not be used.
