Minions, please be advised that I have voted AGAINST the current General Assembly proposal, 'Repeal "World Assembly Headquarters"' (proposed by Kavagrad), as per the determination of the Cabinet:

"The Cabinet has set the Delegate's vote Against 'Repeal "World Assembly Headquarters"' because this resolution is not a constructive effort to improve the body of international law, rather an effort to mock the World Assembly and its institutions.

Importantly, the WA Headquarters has a seldom spoken of mystical reason for being right where it is. The ley lines that connect the NationStates world come to a crucial nexus under the building and to remove the many ornaments and structures would disrupt the magic that keeps NationStates viable. Also how the magic is recharged at each solstice by the counter-clockwise march of the regional delegates around the statue of Max Berry in the central rotunda."
