Don't worry. I've seen trolls in TRR many time. Usually they are taken care of fairly quickly. I hope that you don't have that many spammers in TNP either. At least you can ban the spammers whereas TRR can't.

That was the fourth nation that spammer has made today. Mods have been great with deletion and cleanup.

The fourth nation? I'm surprised he didn't get banned from the site after the 3rd. I've also noticed that mods have quick react time when dealing with spammers. I'm glad that the spam and everything was cleaned up by moderation before it could escalate further.

The player almost certainly is delete on sight, but things like IP bans are incredibly easy to get around.
