The Federation of Aerlanica | William nodded. "Hey, wakey wakey," Tsarina said, poking her head into the compartment, "we're at our stop." Silence. Corali heard this, and looked at the door of the booth Eastrid was in. Harmony looked at the uniform quizzically. She frowned as she looked at the uniform. Henrin nodded. "Fair enough...alright..." She stuffed everything into her bag. However the items, as they entered, didn't deform the bag. ****** The officer saluted, and looked to the company present before her. She frowned, nodded briefly and then turned to the Succubi. "Second Platoon! Third Squad!" The company parted, and allowed the announced unit to step forth to the firing line. "Five Rounds! Standing! Prepare!" Since rounds were already chambered, they merely flicked the safety catch on their weapons off. "Aim and mark! Concentrate Fire!" They aimed their rifles, but reached towards the underslung rail and flicked switches. Delegata, with keen eyes, saw several small green dots, and one blue dot move across the block of flesh before they converged shakily on a central point. She deduced the blue dot was the squad leader. It should be noted, at this time, the rifle being used. Since Delegata was not familiar with the modern Aerlanican state, and was released long past the time Aerlanican military forces made the rapid transition towards coil weaponry using everything and the kitchen sink from fallen and crashed spacecraft. Therefore, she only ever saw the Aerlanicans use the relatively ramshackle ICR-1's and ICR-2's, as well as the more standardised ICR-3a's and 3b's. These Succubi soldiers, however, possessed the Aerlanican ASR-12, versatile, customisable, easily made and the rifle that saw service in the Aerlanican Civil War, the ASR-12 was renown for it's reliability and robustnest in even the harshest of conditions, meaning minimal maintanence. The rifles here were currently augmented with a simple red dot sight and a laser (as opposed to the squad lead, who had a scope instead of a sight, and what appeared to be a grenade launcher in conjunction with the laser. As soon as the little dots converged, the Squad Leader. (most likely a sergeant), not the Captain, let out the cry. Five shots in quick succession, five impacts in a tight grouping. While the first impacts broke the first layer of flesh, the rest penetrated through the already damaged spot, with nearly all of each successive shot going deeper than the previous (in some rare cases they missed their mark ever so slightly) ****** "Okay...let's give them a visit I suppose...uh...you want some different clothes?" Harry asked, gesturing to the very...revealing attire Witta was forced to wear by Iblion. ****** Lithalia stroked the creature.
The Empire of Tyramon | "Hmm...well, you can tell her that things are going well here. Other than that...well that's all." ****** Delegata inspected the flesh, noting the depth after each shot. She waved her hand, and the flesh cube disappeared, leaving the bullets which dropped to the ground. ****** Witta nodded. ****** "No. No jewelry. All I need is blood, mother." ****** (Corali wouldn't really do anything here, so I'll wait for Kansas.)
The Democratic Khanate of Rei Khan | James nodded. "Alrighty. A Khanian strike force is positioned in the woods near the prison. They'll recon with you when they see you." Thomas smiled and kissed her softly. "Thank you." "Can't just what?" Kara said playfully. "Of course I am. Are you?" Kyra asked. Casey nodded.
United states of gondor | Mi-Kal sat in silence, watching the horizon, scanning it for any sign of trouble. “Soon, there will be mourning in the streets of Tyramon; but just as much in Gondor and Aerlanica…” he said solemnly New Franco The waitress came back with the drinks, “Now what can I get you ladies to eat?” Yumi smiled, “French Toast and Bisuits and Gravy” she said, the waitresses wrote it down and left. Beyondverse Samandra sat on a windowsill as Noghtstalker left the building, ”I outta be a good citizen and take her out as well…” she thought as she lined up her scope, ”But then again… she’s causing just as much chaos as I am” she said as she put her rifle away. Samandra smiled, “I believe the prosecution is making generalizations; he shares common features with a large group of people. The blood found on his shirt was his own, he had a scuffle with his brother and ended up with a broken nose.” She said Beyondverse
The Federation of Aerlanica | "Well...I know this is a bit vain but...a high five would be nice...and a tip for my troubles." As Henrin raised an eyebrow, Harmony laughed and waved her hand. ****** "Disperse!" The Officer said. The Succubi, numbering ninety, split, running perpendicular to the demonic bull's charge, with some barely diving out of the way. If it was a normal human there, they would have been gored, perhaps even dismembered, by the bull, but the Succubi's elevated speed meant that at such a distance it had a hard time turning to catch the speedy soldiers offguard. They rearranged themselves into a cresent shape as they aimed at the bull, but didn't fire yet. "Smoke us out!" Several dozen Succubi detached cylindrical grenades from their combat rigging before pulling the grenade and throwing it in front of them and directly at the bull. A chemical reaction occured, and soon smoke began to billow out of them, obscuring a large swath of the field. The Bull charged at the last known position of the Succubi, assuming them to be there, but found no quarry as the Succubi, having split into two groups, ran opposite one another increasing distance and, once again, dispersing to minimise the chances of mass casualties. Having separated into their squads and currently moving away from one another, the bull saw nine groups of ten succubi, instead of the large group of Succubi. From the bull to the groups was about ten meters now, with the distance steadily increasing. Delegata watched as the captain produced a radio and spoke into it. The other Squad Leads heard this, and activated their lasers. ****** Witta was supplied ill-fitting tracksuit pants, a loose shirt depicting a flaming skeleton paratrooper (with the caption; "Feet first into Hell, 77th Revolutsyan Paratrooper Division"), and a jumper with a hood. She was given shoes that were a bit loose if she didn't wear three layers of socks with them (an uncomfortable experience) and, after a prolonged, unsuccessful effort to remove her collar, a scarf. After Witta donned the motley of attire, and after some effort, she was smuggled out a side exit and across a moat into an arid environment. Thanks to Witta's tyramonian ancestry, the sweltering heat was of little concern, however she could see that the Incubi's were not at all comfortable with the heat. On their trip, Witta was told a brief bit about Nelly; she was told that she was Iblion's favourite both in bed and out of it, but was more or less throwing up a charade to keep vulnerable Succubi's safe. Richards and Calahan were friends with Nelly, and thus made sure this secret was upheld, while also ensuring her safety. Lithalia also knew, but after a bit of a rebelious streak and several months on probation, kept her mouth shut due to the fact Iblion wouldn't believe her, and would chop it up to jealousy. When asked why Iblion wasn't so intensively obsessed with what went on with the Succubi and Incubi, they said that Iblion doesn't care about what they do, he only cares about their loyalty, and since Nelly is very loyal, he doesn't care to look into the fact the girls aren't being made into, what Harry called, "dolls for him to play with." "Honestly, Iblion's a bit mysoginistic," Lorenzo, the other Incubis, said, "I mean...sure he does treat us Incubi like objects, but if a Succubus isn't drooling over him he's more likely to punish her than he is if an Incubus isn't obsessing over him." They were walking along a rocky expanse, keeping off the road and to obscured locations. Witta could see in the distance what appeared to be canyon walls, suggesting this domain was in a geographical depression, perhaps even a dried up lake. ****** "Well you should pace yourself, i'd hate to see you get a tummy ache." Lithalia kissed the creature. "What name do you want? I have a few in mind, but you should get a decision." "Oh, there certainly will be some emotions after all this is said and done." Ian said, taking a draught of his cigarette. He looked to Samandra's sleeping form. "What do you mean?" "As in...we speak out loud in an alley about wanting to move against Tyramon...and then not too long after a woman claiming to be one "Samandra" trained by you from a Gondor in a different reality where fascists take over, suddenly appears and offers to help us to tag along for the ride, and immediately tries to drive a wedge between us-" "I wouldn't say drive a wedge." "Think about it; she says she's from Gondor, like you, sure it's from a different reality but it still counts. Boom, common nationality. What else? She says she fights fascists, what did you do? you served with the ADPF and fought fascists. Next on the list she says the Mi-Kal of her "universe" trained her...like a father figure...oh now that means she certainly won't betray us won't she?" He leans backwards and takes another draught of the ciggarette. Mi-Kal stared at Ian. "Hey...never said that...I'm just saying her dropping out of the sky and suddenly making friends with us seems a bit too convenient...and while i'm more than willing to give her the benefit of the doubt...I'd just like to state that we should be careful of her...because she seems a bit too...well...perfect." Mi-Kal shook his head. Ian rolled his eyes. ****** (Fade to black?)

United states of gondor | “Give her a chance; I was wary of her at first as well…” Mi-Kal said, not taking his eyes off of the horizon, “But you’ll find that you won’t find anyone as fiercely loyal and passionate about righting injustice.” He said. New Franco “I hope that was worth the wait” Golgoth said, teasingly
The Democratic Khanate of Rei Khan | Luna smiled. "Thanks." Beyondverse
The Rei Khans Wife of North South North West Kansas | Kenji nods. “Ah, here.” He adjusts the skirt a bit and takes a step back. “Yup. It looks pretty good on you.” (Lmao they’re just going to keep getting interrupted forever XD) “No problem.” Macy sighs softly and takes a bite of her food. Noelle shakes her head. “I just can’t. I’m sorry.” She gets up off the floor, taking a breath. Kiralyn smiles. “I am. I really am.” Gracie looks up at the sky. The prosecutor seems a bit shaken. “Regardless of whose blood is on his shirt, I still have a witness who can identify this man after seeing him fleeing the scene of the crime immediately after the established time of death of the victim.” As the assailant is shooting the incoming cars, Detective Lyn disappears into the night.
United states of gondor | Yumi smiled, “You’re welcome Luna” Beyondverse Samandra continued to follow her through her sniper’s sight, unsure if she should go for the killing blow. Samandra’s eyes shined a bright green, “Your honor, the witness can hardly be trusted. As me, and some of my colleagues, interviewed her separately, numerous times. Her story was inconsistent at best, and flat out fabricated at worst.” Beyondverse
The Federation of Aerlanica | Ian sighed and continued to smoke. ** *** ** In the night, which was largely uneventful, Mi-Kal kept watch. The only bare sounds about was the crackle of flame, and the cough from Mi-Kal as the cigarette smoke from Ian left a foul odour in the air. He noticed a frost wolf, sickly and tired, limp towards the camp. It approached Samandra, inspected her with it's nose, and pulled back quizzically, seemingly confused by her scent. Mi-Kal could see it meant no harm, it was just curious as to these people. It approached Ian (who had gone through three more cigarettes before he turned in) sniffed him, and sneezed, growling at Ian's scent. It then turned towards Mi-Kal, sniffed him, and then weaseled its way into Mi-Kal's lap, resting it's head. "Hey there..." Upon closer inspection, Mi-Kal could immediately see it was dying and there was little he could do to save the intelligent creature, who now looked at Mi-Kal with intelligent eyes filled with a fear of what came beyond. It appeared the creature knew it's demise was fast approaching, and sought to not die alone. ****** Clara, who was giggling a bit like a maniac, nodded. Unable to find words, she kissed Golgoth. (One day they won't lol...just not today XD) "Yep, let's go to this...ah..." "Waffle Valley tribe I believe," Harold said, helping William, "First of all, I seek to make an apology, second of all, I seek to assign myself to the service of this tree entity; after all these things going on in Aerlanica, Rei Khan and Roxium...I believe it may be overdue to save a world I travel across. One mighty adventure!" They stepped onto the platform as Harold looked around, quickly flanked by Darcy. Darcy, with a wide smile on her face, lifted her bags higher. "Ready Mr William?" Harold asked, glancing at the one eyed Aerlanican. William himself, ensuring he had a firm grip on Blue, and holding both a duffel bag across his shoulder and a freezer bag in his hand, shrugged. "Ready Miss Jennifer-" Connie's wife raised a hand, stopping Harold. "Ready Mr Nathan?" ****** As Casey enters, she saw that Eastrid was standing in the corner, a slight ammount of shame on her dress. Inside the changing booth was a dress with a zipper, a playsuit (with a zipper), as well as a skirt (zipper) and shirt combination. "Oh, this is a Zipper, Eastrid." Casey lifted the dress and showed how the zipper worked, at which Eastrid seemed more confused than anything. "You...you are tearing and...ah...n-no...un-tearing the fabric." Eastrid murmured, pointing at the zipper. Casey then explained the intricacies of the zipper and how it worked, impressing Eastrid, who absent mindendly picked up the skirt. "Now, let's see," Casey said, "what shall we get you to try-" A buzzing sound alerted Casey to the fact Eastrid was now playing with the zipper...and having fun; she let out a small, angelic giggle that made Casey involuntary let out a slight giggle herself.
United states of gondor | Mi-Kal gave the creature a pet, “You’re scared of what lies beyond as well?” He asked as he ran his hand through the wolf’s course hair, “…me too” he said as he gave a sigh, gently stroking the creature. “Many millennia have come and gone and yet… I still remain.” He said, a tear in his eye, “I remember the Age of the Elves, when Men were just discovering how to walk upright. I remember Aerlanica being a beautiful place…” he said as he recollected the gardens he had planted full of native flowers and fauna from Aerlanica; plus his reserve for Aerlanican wildlife hidden within the mountains of Arnor. “Now look at it…” he said, continuing to stroke the creature’s fur, “I think I’ll call you Elrond, after one of the greatest Elvish heroes. You may go in peace now, Elrond. There’s nothing left for you here.” He said, tears streaming down his face, with a tone that sounds like he wished those words were instead spoken to him. New Franco
The Empire of Tyramon | Henrin shrugged. ****** The bull continued to charge. Delegata hadn't told the succubi, but they were actually in no real danger - at least not danger of death. If the bull managed to get them, they would merely be paralyzed and put in a significant amount of pain, and perhaps get thrown around a bit. The pain and paralysis would last either until the bull was dead, or - if it won - until Delegata departed. ****** "Well, it's good to know that you aren't all just mindless, blindly devout slaves to Iblion. Initially I thought that to be the case, but this tour that Iblion brought me on seems to show otherwise." ****** "You may call me whatever you wish." Corali blushed, and her tail curled shyly around her leg.
The Empire of Tyramon | ||
The Federation of Aerlanica | Elrond gave Mi-Kal a look of understanding, and nestled deeper into his lap. The laboured breathing grew more strained, as three other, more healthy looking but still sickly, Frost Wolves approached. They gave Ian a wide berth as they approached Elrond, who weakly raised his head to see them. Elrond let out a strained wimper as the Frost Wolves motioned for Mi-Kal to follow them, bringing the dying wolf. They led Mi-Kal away from the camp towards a hill, where they dug a small hole in the ground. Elrond weakly squirmed in Mi-Kal's grasp as Mi-Kal helped him half-stagger to this pit, whereupon he slowly curled up inside it. The Frost Wolves walked around the circle thrice before sitting around it, beginning to groom Elrond one final time before they stood over him, a sieries of grunts in a primitive, lupine language filling the air before they too grew silent. Mi-Kal watched as Elrond's breathing changed from a laboured struggle to persist, to a calm, peacefully decreasing, breaths. The chest was still as a final exhale marked the passage of a wise creature, it's fate sealed by the violence of man, it's destiny made without it's control. The Frost Wolves sniffed Elrond once and twice, before they sat down. And then, they howled. Mi-Kal heard hundreds of wolf howls in his history, but none compared to the funeral cry of the Frost Wolves. The howl was filled with pain, angush and grief. Perhaps it was because the howl was not animalistic, and more intelligent as opposed to normal howls from wolves. Perhaps it was because the Frost Wolves mannerisms were not too disimilar from the mannerisms of humans. And so, they wept, they howled and cried around their fallen kin. And soon, in the distance, Mi-Kal heard a smattering of howls far away, other Frost Wolves who still scraped by in Aerlanica joining in with the funeral. New Franco Clara smirked. Harmony quickly slapped the hand with hers, leaving the familiar sting of a firm high five. She quickly placed a kiss on his cheek, causing a tingling sensation to sweep across said appendage. "Just call my name, i'll hear you." She grabbed her bag, slung it over her back, and took upon the demeanor she formerly had. She opened the door and looked for the soldier to escort her out of the castle. ****** As the bull charged for one group, the rest opened fire on the creature as they moved slowy perpendicular of the creature's charge before diving/running out of the way. It managed to catch three Succubi, who went tumbling through the air as they were left sprawled across thr ground, paralysed, while the rest disengaged and ran away but did not retreat or break formation. The co-ordination of the soldiers was impressive, as they almost always listened to the squad leads orders, who in turn obeyed the captain. The soldiers continued to ensure they maintained distance from the bull, and continue to focus fire on a few select points, specifically the neck or the knees. ****** "Well...most of us are here because what we left behind was worse than this...but Lorenzo over here was captured and had his memory wiped, so he sorta just started anew here." Lorenzo nodded. ****** Nelly, bleary eyed, slowly threw a dressing robe over her silk nightgown as she approached the door and opened it. ****** Lithalia smiled as she patted the creature.
United states of gondor | Mi-Kal reached into his pocket, and pulled out the bar that Ian had given him, he unwrapped it and sat it on the ground in front of the wolves. He then reached into his cloak and pulled out three cakes wrapped in leaf. “This is all the food I have… this is Lambas bread; it never goes stale and just a little will completely fill you up, it also has healing properties.” Mi-Kal said as he divided one cake between the three wolves, “This should be enough for the three of you…” he said as he sat the bread and the energy bar on the ground, “I’m sorry for the loss of your brother…” he said as he respectfully bowed for the wolves and slowly backed away towards the camp. New Franco
The Empire of Tyramon | Henrin followed after her. The soldier was nowhere to be seen, and the hallway was empty save for a maid cleaning a little way down the hall. ****** The paralyzed succubi were in a lot of pain, but they realized that they were alive. Defeat would not be deadly, but it would not be without consequences either. The bull was tough and surprisingly fast, but every time it stopped or slowed to turn the succubi could get quite a few good hits. It began to bleed, and seemed to be bothered by the bullets, but thus far it showed no sign of slowing. ****** "Fair enough, in both cases. You traded suffering or potentially death for slavery - that's how the witches ended up enslaved for a thousand years. But that doesn't mean you have to accept your current situation just because there is a worse alternative. That was a mistake that the witches made for far too long." ****** Evie pounced on Nelly and squeezed her in a tight, strong hug. (Is it okay with you if I have Eveline come there?) ****** "In this as well, you may call me whatever you wish. I care not."
The Federation of Aerlanica | The wolves nodded with approval, and returned to their (now silent) mourning of their kin. Mi-Kal saw that the camp had not changed much...however Ian had begun to snore, seemingly in a deep sleep. New Franco "Oooh, well aren't you a bit full of yourself..." Harmony gave him a backwards glace and a wink. She walked off down the hall, seemingly towards the exit. Harmony saw the maid, however, and approached. She remembered to suppress her passive psychic powers, and looked her up and down. "What you doing?" ****** On they continued to pepper the beast with bullets. Unfortunately, it was a little bit too close to use the underslung grenade launchers on the squad leader's weapons, so they would either have to try and maintain a decent distance, or rely on bullets. The answer was clear as it charged once more, and another Succubi had a close shave, having her helmet slightly grazed by the beasts hide, and the soldiers (ensuring no friendly fire, and reloading frequently) continued to unload into the beast. ****** "Well, don't get me wrong, semi-autonomy is still worse than full autonomy, however...I could have been dished off to Jacques." Lorenzo said with a shrug. "Yeah, you're lucky Master Iblion didn't drag you to one of their places...ah, wonderful stuff." They gestured to the dipping sun. "Warbands?" "yeah, they scour these fields looking for strays and stragglers...not fun...hey, you're a witch, can't you do some...like...magics?" Lorenzo asked. ****** Nelly slowly pushed Evie off of her. (I mean, I'd say Eveline would be able to get there...just depends on how easy it would be to get from wherever the Royal Emperor has her, to...well...Nelly's mansion.) ****** "Then you shall be a son, and I shall call you...hmmmm...Crag."
United states of gondor | Mi-Kal sighed as he listened to him snoring, ”I should probably move him in the car, his snoring might attract some not so friendly creatures” he thought to himself as he sat back down. He began to hum an old elf song to himself, it was a song older than any of the nations, a song long lost to time… if anyone was awake to hear it; they might’ve called it the most beautiful music they’ve ever heard. New Franco
The Federation of Aerlanica | The night was, for the most part, uneventful. Mi-Kal was the first to wake on account of him not really falling asleep. Samandra came second, before a bleary eyed Ian followed not too long after she was beginning to stretch. "What about the border guard." Samandra asked. Ian rolled his eyes. "Unless...the fine lady before me is volunteering; equal opportunity and all that jazz." New Franco Clara smirked and giggled. She caressed Golgoth's chest. "Freaky..."
United states of gondor | Samandra looked at Mi-Kal and then Ian and smirked, “If Mi-Kal doesn’t mind, I can take out the border guard.” She said, Mi-Kal just got into the drivers seat, “I suppose I can’t have all the fun” He said, starting the car up. Samandra returned to her spot in the back seat, stretching out and pulling out a small book. Ian returned to the passenger seat. “Anything other than border patrol we need to watch out for?” Mi-Kal asked. New Franco
The Federation of Aerlanica | "Well...air patrols...but that's more of a luck thing than anything...as a matter of fact it's...a bit...too quiet...: He frowned. Ian sighed. New Franco Clara shrugged. She sauntered towards the main road and entered into the populated thoroughfare.
United states of gondor | Mi-Kal nodded, “Alright, I guess we’ll figure out how to deal with those; if we see one, when we see one…” Mi-Kal said as he started driving. Samandra started humming in the back seat as she read her book. New Franco
The Senatorial Badger Republic of Oateria | “Great. They’ll see you then.” A couple of days later, 7 OBIF Field Operatives decked in Green/Brown camo and carrying rifles look for the operatives inside the forest.
The Rei Khans Wife of North South North West Kansas | The prosecutor glares at her. “Well, this witness, if a bit... colorful, is our only lead in this case. Unless the defense can come up with someone else who could’ve killed the victim?” She smirks. More police arrive, to begin cleaning up the damage and investigating the incident. Lyn remains nowhere to be found. Nathan smiles. “Let’s go!” Ace laughs. “I never thought a zipper could be this much fun.” “Did somebody say shoes?” As if on cue, Luca pops up with his arms full of shoes in every style imaginable. |
