The Rei Khans Wife of North South North West Kansas | “Oh. Sorry,” Lucas says softly.
The Empire of Tyramon | "No, it's okay," Corali said, shaking her head. "It was necessary, and it wasn't too bad."
The Federation of Aerlanica | "Well, testing would require you to take a dip into the water and I'm not sure if you want to do that...but recording would be to just ask the subjects how they're doing." ****** They asked about major industries, as well as agriculture. They also asked how their culture compared to their rivals. Regardless, the Aerlanicans were satisfied with the social rights and liberties of this society, they described that Aerlanicans simply passed a few laws effectively making so marrige was legal for anyone willing to get married, and that homosexuality was accepted. This wasn't because they were fanatic about progressivism, but simply because they had bigger problems than arguing over whether or not people should be able to have same-sex relations, like being invaded frequently. ****** Iblion accepted most of Delegata's alterations, but stated that he generally aimed for making something both elegant, handsome and useful when shifting his own form. As for the child, he knelt down to greet him. ****** Lithalia still tried to mould Alyne to her will, but as she was growing, Lithalia led her on some outings around the courtyard, whereupon Alyne would see that all the succubi had a noticable respect for her, as if she was of higher station. What Ta'lhqejk had entered was known as "The Sprawl". Not actually in the city of New Franco proper, it was a portion of the city that was built upon as the population swelled consisting mainly of scrap shacks and shelters, haphazardly paved/planked or cobbled streets or dirt and mud roads, as well as makeshift infrastructure such as plumbing and power. Due to the fact that it did not mould itself to the ancient city's crumbling infrastructure and was more or less just tacked onto the side, The Sprawl was the de-facto place of residence for "The Gangless", a collection of individuals who weren't joining, or being accepted into, the various clans that claimed large swaths of the city for themselves. As for the ambience, it was certainly a break from the strict laws of Monsone, or conventional civilisation for that matter; people were smoking all manner of things in the street, individuals slipped into and out of makeshift shacks with drinks and wealth, on their walk down "Main Street" (which was the main, widest and "straightest" thoroughfare) five separate individuals (three men, two women) asked then if they wanted a "good time", while several others offered Ta'lhqejk trinkets, drugs and other random items. People were dressed in all manner of clothing from makeshift suits of armour to clothing scarcely seen outside of extravagant carnivals. Almost like a year-round burning man, they wore all manner of attire with all manner of jewelry. Some robots were present in the crowd and they came in all manner of shapes and sizes as well; from bipedal automatons strikingly similar to humans save from their makeshift repairs, to dog-like robots who only shared the behaviour of their fleshy canine counterparts. Leaving the sprawl, Ta'lhqejk entered the main city itself; a relic of a time long past, the city itself was crumbling. In the fringes of the city, several smallish structures stood; from brick-and-mortar buildings a handful of floors high to some two or three storey constructions. The road itself was not free from wear; the asphalt was cracked in many places, with spouts of dirt with some grasses peaking through and rusted hulks of cars left to decay. The road was not at all anyless busy, seemingly life was going on in this expansive urban sprawl both advanced in technology (as seen from what appeared to be dark and non-functioning hologram projectors, cold and destroyed monorail tracks and electric car charging stations devoid of power) and also...strangely old. To add to the strange fusion of feelings, the walls of nearly every available building were covered with graffiti or murals. Some were beautiful, some were ghastly, others extremely sexual, some just plain stupid. However she could definately see quite a few pieces of talent present, and found some curious sense of respect for these artists who painted in such a hostile environment, where they or their pieces could one day cease to exist. Their way to the science centre was frequently impeded; first, the GPS told Ta'lhqejk to cross a bridge that was destroyed, leaving little more than a debris choked river that was crossed thanks to a quiet ferryman accompanied only by a solitary Aerlanican Frost Wolf (from which Ta'lhqejk naturally sensed striking intelligence, as well as curisoity from this strange entity it laid eyes upon). Next, they had to walk around a collapse section of an elevated highway, lengthening the trip. They had to negotiate passage through the Aerlanican Exiles; a section of the city filled with Aerlanicans still loyal to the long dead Commonwealth, before being kindly redirected by a group of scrappers tearing apart a crashed Roxium corvette, finally they found herself before the Science Centre. They recieved a message from Alena; "You'll find Hogan in the library, sorry that I disobeyed you, I just wanted you to have more options, It was probably foolish of me to do so but as you said, we don't have the luxury of crossing off options." As Ta'lhqejk looked to their phone to recieve Alena's response, they saw their phone battery was currently charging in the proximity of the structure, which sat in the middle of a park atop a hill with a road leading to it, and while power was still present in the city, it was strange to have their device simply charge passively. Indeed, as they tasted the air, they could feel the power on their tongue...it was powerful...as if the universe had been bent and broken in some awkward fashion, before having it's power hapazardly siphoned from it and part of it spilt across the surrounding space. It was a rather advanced looking building, much more advanced than even the science centre in the Monsonian Capital; built to appear like a complex, the elegant structure once would have been made to appear smooth and elegant, free from any edges or corners, with a bridge crossing over the road as it moved into the centre of this building. Now, however, the building was in heavy disrepair, seemingly having taken heavy damage during the collapse of the New Franco government. The hill was littered in old MBT's and armoured vehicles, including a quadripedal military vehicle of some kind. Some bodies were also present, many of them were recent and heavily chared. Indeed, the hill was pockmarked with craters, gashed with small ruts in the earth and scattered with patches of scorched ground. The sign next to the road was holographic and still functioning albeit flickering and heavily damaged, showing a glitching title of the building; "New Franco Science Centre; Tomorrow's World, Today!". As Ta'lhqejk stood there, it flickered briefly; "Admission. Child/Pensioner: $10. Teenager: $15. Adult: $20. School Excursion: $200." All that was left was to approach the building...the one on the ground; not the remnants of a skyscraper slowly gyrating above it. "Then let me send a quick message using the payphone to Miss Darcy and Mr Cory...shall we?" Harold nodded and left while leaving William, Tsarina, Connie and Kiki all alone. "Hey...Zera was that girl who...had a bit of trouble with the Aerlanicans a while back, right? Met up with Tim?" William asked Kiki. "Had a husband...ah...Zade? I think? Zac? Xander?"
The Democratic Khanate of Rei Khan | Thomas nodded. "Me too." "I still have no clue what I'm doing." Kara grinned. "I never expected us to. But you asked." Kyra grinned. Casey wandered around SKO BUFFS
The Empire of Tyramon | "Well, I can record then." ****** Industries mainly focused around necessities - clothes, tools, mining, etc. - but with some minor luxuries. Their technology was limited, after all. Agriculture was quite extensive and varied thanks to the numerous different planets available for growing. The rivals had the same culture for the most part, but were generally more reserved, restrictive, and focused on the individuals with less equality. The Du Pou people accepted the Aerlanicans' reasoning as logical, but did not agree or show intent to change their own ways. ****** Delegata nodded in agreement and asked for any suggestions. A forked tongue flicked out of the nine-year-old's mouth. ****** Alyne had no issue with being treated as of a higher station. She had no fear, was outgoing, and tried talking to everyone and exploring everything.
The Federation of Aerlanica | Little over a dozen Succubi walked in, and changed in an ajoining room into swimwear. They included Ophelia, Harmony and Judy (who made a few playful digs at Tabitha, and recieved an equal amount in return) The general consensus was that the Succubi could comfortably bear temperatures reaching towards, and possibly past, negative fifty degrees celcius. Furthermore, after prolonged exposure to the cold, succubi did not exhibit any symptons or visible signs of even the early stages of frostbite. Tabitha was satisfied with the disproval of her hypothesis, but stated further tests were required to figure out how low the temperature had to get for the Succubi to begin feeling uncomfortable. This thoroughly impressed Vara; heat and cold resistance, automatically rendering thermal-based energy weapons and cryogenic based weapons unable to harm her. ****** The Aerlanicans asked if they had any major industrial buildings or certain methods of transport, describing steam locomotives and simple cars as examples. Furthermore, they inquired if they had figured out how to split the atom. ****** Iblion stated to avoid anything overly ghastly, such as any grotesque body horror; they were the rulers of the demons, and should (after all) look the part. Iblion smiled at Robbie. He tossed Robbies hair. ****** Alyne was always addressed as "Mistress Alyne", and was always received with a bow. They answered her questions to the best of their abilities, meekly apologising when they could not answer. Lithalia accepted this, stating that they were placed into their charge, and that they owned all the Succubi in the palace; they were subjects. She was a bit tense with Alyne growing so cordially with them, but accepted this; Alyne was her daughter, and the first daughter to be born from a Succubi, she would not hurt her.
The Empire of Tyramon | After the experiment, Vara approached Judy. ****** Splitting the atom was far beyond them. Steam engines had only recently been invented. There were some major industrial buildings, such as textile loom buildings built along rivers. ****** Delegata nodded and discarded the spider legs. She decided to leave her back alone until she could think of something worthwhile. Delegata began to work with the loyal and impressive hundred-ish Aerlanicans. She started by making sure they were all uniformly loyal to her, and then she made all of their memories of their past lives fuzzy nearly to oblivion. Delegata then began to remake them. She started with the most important feature: accentuated canines for all of them. She then made their skin appear metallic, shining like bronze, but left it as smooth skin. She removed impurities and imperfections, healed injuries, and made them stronger and otherwise physically superior to humans, similar to Iblion's succubi and incubi. Their irises took on the same bronze color as their skin and were very reflective. Their hair was bronze as well. Delegata couldn't decide on clothes, so for the time being they were left nude. They were instructed to practice their skills and serve her and Iblion. Whoever impressed Delegata would be rewarded, and the one who was most impressive would be given a very special reward. Robbie thought for a moment. ****** As Alyne entered her teens, she was quite a free spirit. She would climb the castle and the succubi statues, and she would tease the succubi frequently, and a few times she pulled the succubi's tails, laughing at the pain she caused.
The Rei Khans Wife of North South North West Kansas | Luca nods. “Well, I’m glad you’re here now. Hopefully you won’t have to sleep for any more centuries.” Kiki nods. “Zay, I think. Something like that.” Max nods. “I’m here for both of you, anything you need. Any excuse for me to spend some time with my grandson is good.” Noelle smiles. “You’ll be fine. I believe in you.” She turns on the camera. “I’m starting now, so just go for it.” Kira shakes her head. “I did ask. That’s not what I meant. But...” she looks down. “Do you feel like you’re missing out?” Casey hears a voice, faintly singing a melody, he can’t make out the words but it seems strangely familiar.
The Empire of Tyramon | Corali nodded. As they continued to explore the museum, some of the others noticed that something was sticking out and pushing against Corali's skirt around her lower back; a small tail was starting to grow.
The Democratic Khanate of Rei Khan | "The more time you get with him, the better." Thomas smiled. "He'll need his grandpa." Kara nodded. Unsure what on Augusta she was doing, she pretended like there was wind and ran, and she was walking through it. They could CGI it later. "Gotta...get...through..." "Not being with you would be missing out. I don't care if we do it or not. As long as I have you, I'll be happy." Kyra replied. "You are mine. Whether you like it or not, or whether we want to intimate like that or not." She grabbed Kira's hand. "I like our intimacy the way it is." Casey followed the voice.
The Rei Khans Wife of North South North West Kansas | “Ah, Corali...” Luca points out the tail. “Is that one of the side effects?” Max smiles. “Good. August, I still can’t believe I’m a grandpa. I feel way too young to be a grandpa.” Noelle follows her with the camera, giving her a thumbs up and gesturing for her to keep going and explain some of the backstory. Kira smiles. “Okay. Good. I... sometimes I wonder if I’m enough for you. I just want you to be happy.” He walks around the city in circles for hours, trying to figure out where the voice is coming from. Finally, he sees a little girl in a soft blue dress sitting on the docks looking out over the ocean, humming that same melody to herself and dangling her feet off the edge of the pier.
The Empire of Tyramon | "Hmm?"
The Federation of Aerlanica | "Uh...yeah, sure, why?" Judy asked. ****** The Aerlanicans seemed satisfied with this, and asked if there was a way they could make a production line and mass produce these firebottles. ****** The Aerlanicans took the change well, still entranced by Delegata. While they were initially uncomfortable with the lack of clothing, a few words of assurance from Delegata kept them from complaining, and soon they went about their buisness. However, when Delegata told them those who impressed Delegata would be rewarded and recieve a reward, they practically scrambled into action. By the end of the week she was bombarded with artworks, songs, dance performances with partners, and other such things. There was, however, some displays of physical and combat prowess this time. From all the paintings, there was a woman who painted a beautiful portrait of Delegata, so perfect was the skill that it was nearly a mirror image, with a few minor and insignificant flaws here and there. Surprisingly, she was also an extremely good singer as well. There was a piece of jewelry made by a man, and another man showed off to Delegata by challenging, and defeating, ten other men. ****** Iblion nodded. He smiled. ****** Some of the succubi she tugged the tail of grimaced and laughed with her, others gasped in...joy? As for her scaling of the walls, she was often called down by guards and other succubi concerned for her health. Lithalia saw her actions and smiled, and, deciding she was mature enough, eventually sat Alyne down one day. "Hello darling, come here." A brief embrace was followed by a kiss to Alyne's forehead. "Strange." Eastrid said as she looked at the tail. Without asking, she gave it a quick tug. "Yeah...wasn't...Zay and Zera the ones with the kerfuffle with Tim?"
The Empire of Tyramon | "Well, would you mind if I join you? I've been meaning to try out the gym, and you seem to be familiar with the place." (If there was something you wanted to get to with Iblion and Delegata visiting everyone, this can wait as it isn't time sensitive or anything. Up to you.) ****** Setting that up would take time, but it may be possible. ****** The woman was given keener eyesight and steadier hands to assist, as well as a stronger voice and wider vocal range, allowing her to hit notes even beyond the human range of hearing. The man who showed skill in combat was given further enhanced strength, speed, agility, faster healing, and more. He was instructed to train the others in combat and was put in charge of security of Delegata's servants. The man who made jewelry did not impress Delegata; it was unfortunate that Delegata still held some tendencies from Tyramon, such as not caring much for jewelry. The first two also were given their first reward, a promotion of sorts. Their skin, eyes, and hair were changed to a copper color. While the bronze people slept in barracks together, the copper people were given private rooms. They were also given a wish each, which Delegata would grant as long as it was reasonable. ****** "Mmm...yeah we get along. I like to hold the smaller kids upside down by their feet or tail. It's funny." ****** She also started tugging and pulling on the succubi's horns and twisting their chokers, causing the succubi to choke for a few seconds. Alyne tilted her head as she sat in front of Lithalia. Corali yelped and jumped away.
The Federation of Aerlanica | (Nah nah it's ok, we can go for it now without trouble.) Judy shrugged. ****** The Aerlanicans suggested not only making a factory, but standardising a design; simplifying the components and making a uniform mixture. Furthermore, propery integrating it into Military doctrine would do wonders, with proper training, they could effectively make an entire army about throwing the firebottles (And what amounts to bootleg napalm). ****** The woman requests to look more beautiful, seemingly believing she looked ugly. As for the man, he asked for a fighting arena to show his strength off. The woman produces Masterwork after Masterwork both in paint and song, and enlisted the help of a relatively scrawning Bronze individual to help write her songs; Delegata noticed that his work with literature was unparalleled with even the ancient artists, but was surprised that he didn't come to her to show of his craft. Indeed, some of the songs he co-wrote with the woman resulted in some tear-jerking performances and exemplary wordplay. As for the security officer, it appeared Delegata enhanced his lust for battle. Often times he would call Delegata to watch as he stacked the odds against him and still won fights. However at one point he declared that he will continue training until he is on par with Jonathan Blind's skill. On par...not superseed, but on par. This fighter was clearly prideful, claiming no opponent present could beat him, and yet he did not place himself higher than Jonathan. It was a little off putting that they still held some respect for Jonathan... ...then again, if Jonathan Blinds was really as strong as he was, perhaps if she could find him he may serve as a powerful tool. ****** Iblion laughed. He nodded. ****** The response was the same, some suppressed their emotions and greeted Alyne, others struggled to contain their "excitement". Lithalia smiled. "What?" "Well you see...havent you ever felt a bit...hot...excited...a bit bothered perhaps?" Eastrid recoiled as well before frowning. "Yes!" Eastrid frowned. "And it is normal?"
The Empire of Tyramon | Vara smiled and nodded. ****** The suggestions are forwarded to command for review. Message returns that command is willing to try it, but they expect an attack soon and there is too little time or resources available. ****** Delegata asks what the woman thinks needs to be improved about herself. Delegata goes to the literary bronze and asks why he did not submit his work to her. She holds no malice, seemingly having genuine care for him. Delegata tells the security officer that he should continue to train beyond any mere human's capabilities and that there are many beings far stronger than Jonathan Blinds. ****** Robbie nodded. ****** Alyne scrunched her face. "Well...it's normal for me, yeah."
The Federation of Aerlanica | Judy nodded. ****** The Aerlanicans give a nod and say they understand, they continue to assist in training the troops and making the Firebottles. ****** She gestures to her whole form, stating she believes she is ugly overall. The Fighting arena sees much use, as the security officer continues to astound Delegata with displays of prowess, always in her name. As for the scholar, he shrugs and comments that no one really cares much about poets and such. It is clear to see he lacks any semblance of self pride, worth or confidence ****** Iblion nodded. ****** Lithalia smirked with pride and snapped her fingers. A small group of Succubi walked in. Eastrid seemed confused briefly but nodded, coming to a nonverbal conclusion she was satisfied with.
The Empire of Tyramon | Vara nodded. ****** (Should we pause this rp?) ****** Delegata enhances her beauty quite a bit, as well as putting a powerful spell on her voice to allow it to imitate a whole band at once. But Delegata also asks what change she wants. Delegata asks the poet if he wants her to help him. She explains that his work is incredible and very impressive. She offers him a promotion to copper status, saying he has certainly earned it. ****** Robbie thought for a moment. ****** Alyne considered the options and chose the most interesting-looking succubus. They continued looking through the museum as Corali's tail slowly grew. Her ears were also pointier and slightly higher on her head.
The Federation of Aerlanica | Judy arrived a little after Vara and greeted her with a wave. "What news?" "Iblion's doing an inspection tomorrow, means we'll have to tidy up real good and dress up...and...it means you've a chance to get off probation, or at least shave off some time." ****** She asks to be a little taller, and a lot more lean. The poet shrugs and accepts meekly. ****** A snap of a finger from Iblion resulted in a sieries of events that led to Robbie's forked tongue scooping ice cream from a cone. "Aren't you a growing lad, big fan of ice cream?" ****** While most of the dressed the same, one such succubi was a bit smaller than the rest, with curly hair and a rounded face. She saw Alyne looking at her and gave a respectful bow. "That your choice? What's your name girl?" Lithalia asked. "I am Rachael, Mistress Lithalia." She said meekly. Eastrid tapped a finger on her ear. "Is that normal?"
The Empire of Tyramon | Vara began stretching and warm ups. ****** Delegata gives her more height and makes her as lean as is healthy. The poet is promoted to copper, and like the others is given a wish. ****** Robbie nodded. ****** Alyne nodded. ****** "Um...well...you see...I can shapeshift, so pretty much anything could be normal for me - tail, pointy ears, anything like that. Of course, this is all involuntary. I have no control over my shapeshifting right now."
The Rei Khans Wife of North South North West Kansas | Kiki tilts her head. “Maybe? I’m not sure who Tim is, but Zera seems to have a way with the Aerlanicans.” Luca tilts his head. “Wait, so you were a dog before and now you’re a cat?”
The Federation of Aerlanica | Judy, who was wearing a purple sports bra that was a shade darker than her purple skin, a pair of black shorts and some joggers gave a shrug. She began stretching. ****** The woman thanks Delegata, and paints yet another masterpiece in her honour. This showed several copper and bronze individuals bowing towards Delegata, who stood regally above them on a hill backlit by sun peaking through an overcast sky. The Poet wishes to be good at poetry; redundant, since he already has impressive talent. ****** Iblion grinned, and summoned his own icecream. ****** Rachael bowed and remained, while the other Succubi bowed and left to do as she demanded. Lithalia smiled and kissed Alyne on the cheek. Rachael stood to attention before Alyne as Lithalia left the room, a soft smile on her face. "Thank you for choosing me, Mistress Alyne." Eastrid smiled and nodded, scratching right between her ears.
The Federation of Aerlanica | (Yep, and Zera's Aerlanican friend as well.) William nodded. He chuckled. He looked to Nathan. Kiki could tell that William, while not lying, was not sure if he was telling the truth either.
The Empire of Tyramon | Vara nodded. ****** All her paintings are featured in a hall for such works. Delegata tells her that she is doing very well, and in time she may be promoted again. Delegata says that she cannot grant his request as he already has the skill he asks for. She makes his mind faster, stronger, better at remembering and so on. She tells him to choose something else. ****** "Chocolate! Chocolate is the best!" ****** "You're welcome." Corali closed her eyes. Corali nodded, still enjoying Eastrid scratching her head.
The Federation of Aerlanica | Judy frowned and looked to the side. She frowned. ****** The next artwork is a scultpure of Delegata, elegant and without imperfections, it showed her in a comfortable, long flowing dress standing in a defiant, yet relaxed, stance. The Poet shrugs and admits he doesnt know. ****** Iblion nodded and smiled. A flick from Iblion's fingers made the Ice cream shift to chocolate. "There we go, all better." ****** Alyne saw Rachael approach before she turned to adress her. Eastrid smiled as she continued. |
