Guided by, articles 1, 110 and 113 of the constitution of Kyievska Rus,
Deplauding, the expulsion of the nation from The Conquerors' Kingdom of Asturgien,
Alarmed by, the attack against freedom of expression and the self-determination of nations, as well as the lack of respect for independent opinions,
Seriously concerned, by the little dialogue and reasoning prior to the expulsion of the nation,
Having examined, the laws and regulations that govern this region, specifically article 1, subsection 3, article 3, subsection 6 of the region's constitution; The Code of Conduct Law of 2019 subsection 2; and Bad Faith Publication Law,

The nation of Kyievska Rus declares:

1. Emphasizes that the expulsion from the nation of The Conquerors' Kingdom of Asturgien is illegal since it did not violate any of the present agreements or any law by exercising its right to free expression in a non-coercive manner;
2. Rejects the actions prescribed, without following the correct procedure on the expulsion of a nation by the Chancellor of the region, since he exceeded his functions, encompassing the functions of the Prime Minister;
3. Recommends, declares illegal and therefore non-binding, the expulsion of The Conquerors' Kingdom of Asturgien from the nation and its sooner involvement again in the region;
4. Emphasizes respect for freedom of expression and self-determination while being non-violent in a coercive way the rights of other people;
5. Requests an independent investigation to clarify the circumstances and therefore punish those involved in the illegal expulsion from the nation; likewise, it requests legal actions against the Chancellor for violating the constitution;
6. Decide, keep abreast of the situation.
