Kansala looks forward to developing fraternal ties with its friends in Zambique. As fellow revolutionaries, we strive to rid ourselves of the vestiges of colonial oppression of our former Portuguese overlords and capitalist exploiters of the IMF and neo-colonial powers our so-called leaders sold us out. Upon Assembly approval, President Rosa wishes to solidify Kansala-Zambique friendship with a state visit to Zambique. In a public speech he personally stated that Kansala has much it can learn from the revolutionary Zambican example on achieving socialist prosperity with a democratic society, and their example will guide Kansalans to creating their own free, equal and prosperous society. He looks forward to personally meeting President Simoes, and bringing his delegation of Kansalans to Maputo and other areas of your proud country.

(I also want to know how Zambique got their economy so good. How is it at frightening while mine is at fragile.)

Maputo Chronicle - Zambique Proposes Relations with Sahrawi Republic; President Prepares to Welcome Kansalan Delegation
The Ministry of World Affairs has made contact with The sahrawi arabs in order to open an embassy and negotiate a trade deal beneficial to both our nations. We hope this will bring a new era of prosperity and friendship between the people's of our two nations. Our offer of embassies and trade is also extended to the Republic of Adougou.

In our foreign affairs, though we are quick to condemn imperialist actions, Zambique has always reached out to the people of all nations in a hand of peace and friendship.

It is furthermore President Simoes foreign policy to extend this hand to the capitalist world, in hopes of promoting Zambique's interests in peace and solidarity to benefit the people of all nations. Some hardline members of Zambqiue's political system, especially the Communists, are opposed to these efforts and seek a more confrontational stance against so-called "Global Capital." Zambique does not oppose trading with capitalists, we do not accept deals that will bring suffering to workers in our country and will not take deals that are unfair in nature.

Zambique will continue to promote democratic and socialist ideas abroad in its global policies, and maintain our reputation as the "Red Capital" of Africa. In such a spirit of solidarity, we will be sending an additional team of medical personnel and aid workers to Kansala to assist in their efforts to combat the effects of poverty. Kansalan students will also be welcome to Zambican schools on subsidized scholarships to help train future teachers, doctors, engineers, and skilled workers for their country. President Simoes has also finalized preparations for the state visit of Comrade President Rosa and his delegation. After giving them a tour of Maputo and a bullet train tour to factories in Beira and co-operative farming communes in the countryside, we will negotiate a Kansala-Zambique Treaty of Friendship, Mutual Assistance, and Cooperation that will be the foundation of our nation's relationship. We await the Kansalans arrival with great anticipation.

well describe it as a pact to improve the lives of its member states free trade economic support a possible ability to have at least 1 military base on another nations soil so for example Zambique can have one military base on another member states soil

OOC: So perhaps has some of the features of a military alliance, along with some economic cooperation to improve living standards and promote the exchange of people and goods. Maybe there can be a part which separates the military and diplomatic parts from the economic, so it can factor in countries that don't wish to endorse free trade. To be honest, the free trade aspect of the alliance will not be supported by Zambique.

PBC: Government Eliminates Aboriginal Language Requirement
Edwardstown — The Conservative government of Prime Minister Robert Morgan has eliminated an education policy previously implemented during the Progressive premiership of Dennis West which had required all Prescottian secondary students to study four years of an aboriginal language. Conservative lawmakers had long maintained that the requirement is a form of ethnic chauvinism and racial pandering. Under the PM's newly unveiled curriculum guidelines, students will still be required to study four years of a second language, but will now be free to choose from any language their school has on offer. Courses already popular for students to take as an elective include French, German, Spanish, and Mandarin.

Morgan's decision, announced Monday morning, has already drawn sharp criticism from opposition MPs. Progressive spokeswoman Cara Barrett described the move as "a blatant attack on the diverse peoples and languages of Prescottia" and as being "extremely damaging to the national reconciliation process". People's Congress leader Abioseh Nyuma, meanwhile, issued a statement condemning the PM as "an unapologetic white supremacist" and accusing him of "waging a cultural genocide against black Africans".

The Census Office estimates that more than twenty tribal languages are spoken in Prescottia in addition to English, the country's official language. These languages can grouped into five major language families; Burufan, Gbawean, Kusan, Nalagan, and Sabiri.

Tutu TV: Bangova Denounces Prescottian PM
after hearing the new laws for languages that the Prescottian PM Bangovan President and Head Of State as well as the PM have denounced PM Robert Morgan Bangovan President has said that we can't choose whats right for the Prescottian People but we do think that they can do what we did create our own native language as a mix of our aboriginal languages this damages the relationship between the two governments due to Bangova's Pan African ideals and anti-imperialist thoughts

instead of supporting the Prescottian Government we will support its people not just one side of the people "if us Bangovans are Pan Africanist we will help any African with their struggle for freedom this has been our way of supporting not just our country but our continent our country isn't our homeland this continent is"

Yes , clear. I remember a similar alliance I made a year ago with Somaililand ,Lower Nubia ,*freeboers , *greater Egypt, *Namibih , etc... there were simple basic requirements but then each nation had variations.
A practical OOC example: U.K. before BrExit in €.U.

PBC: Education Ministry Rocked by Grenade Blast
Edwardstown — The Education Ministry was struck by the explosion of a hand grenade just before dawn on Tuesday. Edwardstown police report that there were no personal injuries suffered from the blast, but extensive damage has been dealt to the exterior of the Bonnie Russell Memorial Building.

The Zowlan African Liberation Front have claimed responsibility for the attack, citing indignation over Prime Minister Robert Morgan's elimination of the aboriginal language requirement from the public school curriculum. In a message posted to social media, the group's spokesperson "Brush Fire" declared: "If the white oppressors cannot be bothered to learn our languages, the ZALF shall have no choice but to send them messages without words!"

Such violent acts have been on the rise in Prescottia since the break down of peace talks between the government and the insurgents back in 2016.
