Damn, in 1753 we were a wasteland with just a 480,000 people. We were a monarchy since 1798, then in 1955 some communist dude named Xinhui overthrew and killed the king, had his will forged and a dude named Alfungun committed genocide on us, now we only trust the council, 500 members vote for stuff. That's basically it, just a parliament, Taomi Oki is just a General Ambassador.

We had around 780,000 people during 1753 after the Velyka Slovyanska Viyna (Great Slavic War) after the Russian Empire failed to conquer Polotsk from 1753 to 1788 where the Russians got a coalition on them by the other European powers to stop Russia's fast expansion and due to mass rebellion by Pugachev (a major historical figure who led a rebellion at the time of the 1700s) had to concede territories of Lithuania and modern day Chernobyl to Polotsk and we had that 1 president for that year, then a Prime Minister since then but the King still holds a lot of power equal to the PM.

I would say we are pretty active, sometimes it goes silent for 30mins-1hr(mostly because of timezones) but not more than that.

I normally answer the issues on whatever option I feel like will be beneficial for my nation. Although when I have doubt in some of the issue, I use this link to double check the stat changes.
