Project: Roundtable update

Project Roundtable is in it's very early stages. Engineers and Scientists are all heavy into research and development. New Gandorian Arms has funded the project along with other arms manufacturers in New Gandor.

Should I rejoin RP? I'm thinking the same concept as a megacity but with an actual government this time.

HBC: Home Grown Farming Program Begins

POTTER- Parliament passed ths Home Grown Farming Program Act last year. The program will officially begin. The government encourages the movement of individuals to rural areas to farm. There are requirements in order to apply to the program.

-You must be a citizen
-You must be educated or planning to be educated in agriculture studies at a university or trade school
-You must not have a criminal record
-You must be 18 years old or older
-You can apply if you have you are a student at a trade school
-You must prove you can pay for the land and buy the land
-You must live on land for 2 years
-You must buy a mobile hole or build a home

The rural land covers an area of 2,100 square miles. The land is quite fertile and heavily forested. There is grassland in certain areas as well. A plot of land is cheap. The average cost to buy land is $10,000 to $50,000. The hope is to gain 150,000 to 200,000 farmers to become self sufficient on food needs.

Mobile Homes are being built out of cheap and safe materials to be used out in rural areas. The cost of a mobile home is $10,000 while building a home will cost $50,000 to $100,000 (subsidized by the government). The Rural Districts of Walvis, Potter, and Stowe will become County Districts. A county district is a district that governs a large area with a county seat or district town as the seat of government. This government controls almost everything through a elected council. District towns are human settlements larger than 500. While district villages are human settlements from 1 to 499. Both district towns and district villages have a local council that deals with local affairs and funding.
