Oh no... the Globe's publication date is tomorrow and there's still so much work to be done...

I can't scream loudly enough for this... VOTE FOR LIBERATING THE EMBASSY!!!

The Embassy has spent years building up a vast embassy network in an attempt to allow nations from small and inactive regions a chance to chat with other nations around the NS world. Thanks to Lily, Lone Wolves United, and The Black Hawks, that network is disappearing. This liberation order will provide a chance for The Embassy to rebuild its embassy network and save its archive of correspondences before the raiders refound it and wipe that history away. Will you help keep this NS landmark safe as a central hub of interregional communication, or will you let it become yet another raider trophy?

I've cast my vote for it. I hope that defenders succeed in retaking it before all that history is lost.

Pony Peril. My options to deal with the existence of anthropomorphic ponies in my nation were: rounding them up before military firing squads, grinding them into paste and selling them, forcing them into slavery, or subjecting them to electroshock therapy. (Or I could have dismissed it and lost out on the egg.)

To the Council: yes or no on embassies with Philippines? I'm for embassies with them, as they seem like a large and active region.

Also, I'd like to seek Council approval to send an embassy request to Yggdrasil, since their large size and high activity levels will almost certainly boost our international standing. Also, if we build embassies with them, I have first dibs on ambassador :)

EDIT: Yggdrasil's on board. All they need is our Council's approval to get the embassies built.

I guess I'm free to be an ambassador, since Yggdrasil decided that they didn't need one, but I'm just not sure which region to pick...

I'm also gonna make sure that I have confirmation from one other Councillor before I go ahead with these embassies. We don't need an administrative debacle on our hands...

We have a new embassy request from United Island States, a brand-new(ish) region with only two nations.

Given their small size, my personal recommendation is to not build embassies yet, but to tell them that we'll build embassies if we see significant growth from them. Opinions?
