An assembly will be held at Sanctuary’s capital megacity, the first completed metropolis on the planet, population 250 million. There are gigantic crowds expected. Along with this great day in Gaa’Mak history, the Dyson Swarm around Sanctuary’s star has been completed. This completely removes the need for any other power plants in the system. New resources from mines all over the solar system bring resources into the empire and settlements are now springing up on the other planets in the solar system. Defense Measures
The automated anti-ship cannons cover the entire area surrounding the planet and are built at regular intervals meaning disabling one wouldn't create the needed hole in the defense to get a large ship through. No facilities other than military bases and the anti-ship cannons appear on the desert world, including power stations to deliver the immense energy that the lasers would need to operate.
Best choice
A small and fast ship would be able to avoid being targeted by the massive lasers, but would still be assaulted by whatever other defense systems existed on the planet.
Gaamak remnants
Gaa’Mak shipyards, for the first time, begin to roar with life. New civilian and military ships are now being produced to ensure that peace can be kept. These ships will make the empire seem less like a vulnerable, easy target. The main “ships” being produced are defense platforms, which should be enough to keep the system safe. Individual ships also are made for individual Meklo, who use them for their own purposes. Things are looking up.
Expansion The Gaa’Mak Empire has a few colony ships filled with Meklo, which are destined for the nearest system. There are two habitable planets in the system, a large ocean world dotted with islands and an alpine world covered in mountains with large ice caps. Preparations begin to claim the system.
Kinmoon finishes their expansion and forcible movement of several populations to far, far outer space. New planets are finally settled and claimed, and ultrafog is utilized alongside construction drones to quickly build up new industrial centers and urbanized areas.
