I once wrote a proposal for the general assembly but I got it refused because I cited the BBC and other physicians who claimed that pornography is harmful. Now I did another proposal but without mentioning the sources

I think that you should mention the pros and cons so people can decide for themselves. I believe you should have accepted the outcome. If my bill had been defeated, I would just move on honestly.

On the pro side, it reduces stress, increases tolerance of sexual diversities, and maybe masturbation removes the risk of cancer in the intimate parts but it’s not totally certain.

Ou ok ok, cool!! I also have a constitution but this one is like in a more recent style. Its on my factbooks if you wanna see it, its call "Конституція Кꙑвѥвська Русь" I have to translate it to the other cooficial languages but right now it is only in ukrainian. :)

If you are going to see the map of my country, you are going to see that it has several regions, each region has its official language apart from Ukrainian, there are nine regions so there are nine co-official languages. This does not include the region of Ukraine where the official language is Ukrainian but there are two widely used languages, Russian and Tatar, therefore they are co-official languages.
