A reply in words comes: “follow this beacon to the surface, standard protocol for new species is to meet with the council. You are the second visitors we have had so far. How many of you are there?”

"42 vessels, we have 200 thousand crew & garrison on board, and our empire numbers at over 900 billion life forms of various species" They then follow the beacon, the Fleet Master lands on the planet in a Phantom landing craft.

They land outside of a city that is under construction, with a huge ship in the center in the process of being deconstructed. They are greeted by ground vehicles that inform them about where they are going and why they won’t be seeing diplomats. Mainly, because the Gaa’Mak dominion has none.

Za Ve'tas explains simply his mission. "To open trade with unknown civilisations and if intrested invite them into the Holy Covenant" He then asks "when did you arrive at this planet? Your grand fleet does not match your humble planetary inhabitings"

As they speak before the council, one of the members responds. “About a week ago. Like from the info we sent, we come from another galaxy after running for centuries from a terrible evil. As for your holy covenant, our people have never had what other species call ‘religion’. However, we are interested in trade.”
Reach was taken
"Of course, the Covenant can only be entered willingly. As for trade, we would be willing for a technological exchange as well as anything you require in terms of resources. About that 'Terrible Evil' is it something I shall have to inform my higher ups as a threat?"
Gaamak remnants
“While it is a big threat, we went randomly in hyperspace for centuries. The chances of them following us are very slim. And either way, only our relic-class colossus cannon can just barely get through their shields. It’s unlikely that you would be able to fend them off alone. We very much appreciate the offer though. As for technology, we would be very happy to share with you. We have some archives that we were forbidden from looking into until we arrived here, so help would be very appreciated upon discovering such things”
Reach was taken
"It's our galaxy as well. Our own archives on my Flagship have many Blueprints delegated to me for the express purpose of sharing with potential allies"

Before the member speaks, another Meklo bursts into the room. "Mr. Chairman! I apologize for the interruption, but there is a matter that cannot wait at hand, I will need you for a moment." "Ah, well I suppose that can't be helped." The chairman responds. "I will be out there soon." He leans in to another member and speaks to them before leaving, who then continues the conversation with the visitors. "You said archives, hm? well, I do believe that a trade deal can take place. Are you official representatives of your government?"
Reach was taken
"As the Fleet Master of a Missionary Fleet I do have that authority."
Gaamak remnants
“Excellent. Also, you can speak as much as you want, we would love to know all about your people and this galaxy. We can also begin trade talks.”

After handing over the blueprints to many designs, ranging from utility such as advanced gravity tugs, to gene editing, to powerful weapons. Fleet Master Za contacts Monarch Nicholas and after permission is given, a line of communication is established directly from the capital world to the Remnants capital.

While the Remnants know much of this tech, there is much they don’t. In return, they send annihilator research, megastructure tech, and alloying technologies that make alloys hundreds of times stronger than graphene.
Xianwu
Development
The Xianwu government has seen to the construction of a new structure to house the increasing number of alien craft visiting from the great void.
This structure will serve to assist in the rejuvenation of these craft and a place for trade to take place in large amounts.
Agents of Xianwu have been dispatched, going undercover on multiple trade ships leaving the planet in order to gain intelligence on the depths of the great void.
(If you’re happy for a trade ship that’s harbouring an agent to visit your nation, let me know and we can RP first meeting)

Visiting aliens
Several agents of Xianwu have found their way into GaaMak space aboard neutral trade freighters and have begun investigation the structure of this nation, they have also begun locating buildings which they can later visit for beginning diplomatic relations.
For now, these agents look for a way to remain passive in this foreign world.

The Gaa’Mak Dominion attempts to contact these vessels, which have not contacted them since entering Meklan space. “Attention unidentified vessels, what is your purpose? If you’re here for diplomacy we welcome you, but if you’re here for hostilities we will not hesitate to take action.”
The Heliarchy - Expansion I Colony ships escorted with military fleets arrive at uncharted worlds, touching down and bulging outwards with pre-fabricated buildings. Construction vehicles and drones release themselves from inside and outside of the vessels, setting up the pre-planned and Supercomputer-calculated foundations for Ryk civilization. Ryks huddle in eager preparation. Then, they too are released to begin work and inhabitance. The planets colonized are claimed for the Heliarchy.
The first phase of this expansion period has claimed 100 Planets and 100 Moons.

Development The Dyson Swarm around Sanctuary’s star is now about 5% done, and it is already easing the brown-outs on the surface of the planet. It is expected to be completed in 5 years.
Ulysses is standing over the upper half of a human body, the lower part connected to a heavy mechanical chassis yet to be fully assembled. The chest is cut open, multiple systems visibly attached to the spine and bypassing organs. ----- The mercenary walks in, wearing a helmet of sorts to obscure whatever may be left of her face.
But the doors don't budge. With the combination of the air outside pushing to keep them closed and the overpressured hydraulics locking them, they stay stuck.
The diplomat disembarks, followed by two guards just in case.

The vehicles are of exotic design compared to human ones, looking much like a wedge. And when they enter, instead of sitting they are supposed to lie down and strap themselves in. Saying they have done that, they head into the city. Very few buildings are completed, and tents and stockpiles are everywhere, but it’s evidently organized. However, the area is obviously grossly overpopulated. As they approach the center, they would find a government building just outside the colony ship, which is being recycled. The building is a large opaque dome with towers coming out of each side.
"Very keen use of available materials for building." The diplomat pulls out a small notepad, writing something down before putting it away again.
Gaamak remnants
“If you have any questions, please ask.” The driver of the vehicle says. “While the cities will be made out of recycled colony ships, we’ll also need resources to reestablish ourselves in space and to level out deficit. At least that’s what I was told to say.” The driver has a distant look.
"The Enclave is open to partnerships and providing resources to nations in need. In this case, I believe you are in need of a great amount of space for your people to live."
Gaamak remnants
“Of course we do. There’s 32 billion of us and the mathematicians say that the planet can only support 12 billion. While the colony ships can provide the food there just aren’t enough resources or living space. Not to mention the energy crisis. We’ve already torn through 25% of the planet’s fossil fuel supply just to stave off brown outs. Oh, my bad. I was rambling again. I mean to say I’m sure we would very much appreciate some aid.”
