(OOC: Actually there are a couple larger nations; Syeng is currently the US, and Kukuro is the Sino-Japanese Empire. There armies are easily in the low millions with large fleets and Airforces. We've had to limit the fleet sizes because they. Would. Not. Stop. Building. Surface vessels. Kukuro is now at 300 vessels (3 carriers) and Syeng is trying to reach 400 (13 carriers).
