The Imperial Advisory

The Imperial Advisor of War and Law
Vasili Dzhumagaliev

The Imperial Advisor of War and Law

Name: Vasili Dzhumagaliev
Birthdate: 5 November 1980
Spouse: none
Political Party: The Hadian National Socialist Party
Government Position: The Imperial Advisor of War and Law

Vasili Dzhumagaliev is the Imperial Advisor of War for Hadian, and the second leading member of the Hadian National Socialist Party (HNS) of The Hadian Empire. The Emperor later appointed him Commanding Officer of the Army and General Plenipotentiary for the administration of the entire Hadian military. Dzhumagaliev is one of the most powerful men in Hadian Empire.

As a member of a reserve battalion during college years, Dzhumagaliev did not see active service. He studied human biology in college, and joined the Hadian National Socialist Party in 1999 and the Juche Strong in 2002. In 2003, he was appointed General of the military by Jon I. Over the next 8 years, he developed the Juche Strong by creating the "State of Readiness!", a military first policy, Dzhumagaliev was able to transform a mere 290-man battalion into a powerful group with its own military, and, following Jon I's orders, set up and controlled the Hadian Prison Camps. He is known to have good organizational skills and for selecting highly competent subordinates, such as Nikola Volsky in 2005. From 2005 forward, he was both Chief of Hadian Police and Minister of the Surveillance, overseeing all internal and external police and security forces, including the Secret State Police.

On Emperor Jon I's behalf, Dzhumagaliev formed the Juche Elite and built political prison camps for those that violated Juche Ideology. As facilitator and overseer of the prison camps, Dzhumagaliev released the Prison Camps control to Nikola Volsky. During Dzhumagaliev time in control over the Prison camps he had directed the killing of some six million people in the prison camps.

Late in 2013, Emperor Jon I's changed Dzhumagaliev title to Imperial Advisor of War, allowing Dzhumagaliev ultimate control over all Hadian's Military branches.

Personality

Dzhumagaliev possesses a very convoluted personality. It is impossible to determine exactly what mental illness he suffers from, or even if he does at all, as his knowledge and training enables him to outsmart the standard tests without even trying. Few symptoms are described, though Dzhumagaliev describes his disbelief that the universe is linear, expecting somehow that time will begin to run backwards and, as he puts it, "the broken teacup will run back together" and his family will return. Dzhumagaliev is said to have a antisocial personality disorder, which is the proper medical term for sociopathy (however while most sociopaths are misanthropic and only superficially charming, Dzhumagaliev is genuinely charming and kind to those whom he likes). Others have said he should be diagnosis with narcissistic personality disorder as he sees himself as a god-like and superior form of life, fit to decide who is worthy to live or die. He describes the majority of human kind as "poor dullards" and thrives on admiration.

Like many geniuses, Dzhumagaliev is impeccably cultured and sophisticated despite his vicious tendencies. Rather than simply killing for fun, he kills those who exhibit poor taste or bad manners, fine taste and good manners being both an obsession and a compulsion to him. He also kills those whom he finds morally repulsive such as pedophiles, being quite protective of children as the result of seeing the murder of his family when he was six years old. This is also thought to have served as the catalyst for his mental illness. Despite his cordial and refined personality and good manners, Dzhumagaliev is a sadist who derives great pleasure and amusement from watching the killing of his victims, usually in a particularly gruesome manner.

Dzhumagaliev is possibly the most knowledgeable man alive, possessing an IQ of 200. He is an expert in psychology (though he does not believe it to be a science) and is able to frighten, manipulate and bend others to his will with mere words. He is also able to use his immense presence and commanding but subtle personality to great effect. His mental abilities are staggering, having created a memory palace" to rival the Valcourian Medicine Library- it is stated it would have marveled the greatest medical minds in Anteria region, had they been able to see it. As such, he does not forget anything, able to revisit a specific memory whenever he wishes.

The Imperial Advisor of Foreign Affairs and Trade
Oleg Bychkov

The Imperial Advisor of Foreign Affairs and Trade

Name: Oleg Bychkov
Birthdate: 20 October 1978
Spouse: Kayla Bychkov
Political Party: The Hadian National Socialist Party
Government Position: The Imperial Advisor of Foreign Affairs and Trade

Oleg Bychkov is a businessman, who before becoming the Imperial Advisor of Foreign Affairs was appointed bureaucrat to the Hadian Government in early 1990, serving in Cheldian City.

Bychkov first came to the Emperor's notice as a well-travelled businessman with more knowledge of the outside world than most senior Hadian Officals, and apparently an authority on world affairs. He became a close confidant of the Emperor, to the disgust of long-serving party members, who thought him superficial and lacking in talent. Despite this, he was appointed as Imperial Advisor of Foreign Affairs in February 2000.

Personality

Bychkov is rumored to be afflicted with schizoid personality disorder, which is the cause for most of the relational troubles and overall awkward and odd behaviour which he exhibits. He considers himself detached from humanity and often refers to "humans" as if he was a different creature. He finds children interesting more than adults, and often bribes guards to torture and kill prison imamates that had prey on children. He is also obsessed with routines and rituals. Moreover, he is very intelligent, observant and intuitive.

Bychkov has no interest in romance, despite being married to Kayla (which, according to some, is a disguise). He witnessed his mother being killed with a chainsaw, as well as his brother. It was Vasili Dzhumagaliev during Bychkov involvement with Juche Strong, who taught him the moral code stating that "It's okay to kill people who themselves are murderers.".

The Imperial Advisor of Internal Affairs and Finance
Mikhail Viktorovich

The Imperial Advisor of Internal Affairs and Finance

Name: Mikhail Viktorovich
Birthdate: 11 July 1978
Spouse: None
Political Party: The Hadian National Socialist Party
Government Position: The Imperial Advisor of Internal Affairs and Finance

Mikhail Viktorovich is a Hadian politician and Imperial Advisor of Internal Affairs for the Hadian Government. As one of the Emperor's closest associates and most devoted followers, he was known for his zealous orations and deep and virulent Juche Propaganda.

Viktorovich earned a PhD from Cheldian University in 2000 with a doctoral thesis on 19th-century literature of the Romantic school. He found work as a journalist and later as a bank clerk and caller on the stock exchange. He also wrote novels and plays, which were rejected by publishers. Viktorovich came into contact with the Hadian National Socialist Party in 1988 during the time before Emperor Jon I took power. In 1989 he was appointed regional party leader in Cheldian City. In this position, he put his propaganda skills to full use, attacking the Social Democratic Party of Hadian and Communist Party of Hadian and seeking to win over their working class supporters. Viktorovich stressed the need for the HNS to emphasize both a proletarian and national character. By 1992, he had risen in the party ranks to become one of its most prominent members.

Viktorovich came to power in 2000 after Emperor Jon I appointed Viktorovich as an Imperial bureaucrat; within six weeks Emperor Jon arranged his appointment as Imperial Advisor of Internal Affairs. One of Viktorovich' first acts was to organize the burning of "Non-Juche" books. Under Viktorovich leadership, the Imperial Advisor of Internal Affairs quickly gained and exerted controlling supervision over the news media, arts and information in the Hadian Empire.

Personality

It is rumored that Viktorovich often expresses doubts regarding his own sanity and that he has periodic attacks of psychosis, during which he hallucinates. Viktorovich is therefore arguably an unreliable narrator. He often experiences feelings of depersonalization. In his own words, "although I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel my flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable: I simply am not there." Although Viktorovich often claims that he is devoid of emotion, he also describes experiencing moments of extreme rage, panic or grief – being on the "verge of tears" – often over trivial inconveniences such as remembering to return videotapes or trying to obtain dinner reservations in which he takes psychotropic, like Xanax, to get these attacks under control.

Viktorovich compensates for these insecurities through obsessive vanity and personal grooming, with unwavering attention to detail. He dresses in and uses the most fashionable, expensive clothing and accessories possible as a means of effecting some "control" over his otherwise chaotic life. Likewise, he categorizes people by what they wear and how they look because they are more easily "understood" in terms of labels and stereotypes. Viktorovich's house also is firmly controlled in terms of look and taste, with the latest music, food, and art.
