The Rogue Nation of Zwxdravc is a very large, efficient nation, renowned for its frequent executions, multi-spousal wedding ceremonies, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of 163 million Zwxdravcians enjoy some of the most opulent lifestyles in the region, unless they are unemployed or working-class, in which case they are variously starving to death or crippled by easily preventable diseases.

The minute, liberal, pro-business government, or what there is of one, is effectively ruled by the Department of Industry, although Education and Law & Order are also considered important, while Spirituality and International Aid receive no funds. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 4.0%.

Crime, especially youth-related, is a major problem, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Zwxdravc's national animal is the Orca, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to heavy metals seepage into national waterways.
