The Theocracy of Wyoma is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Leader with an iron fist, and notable for its daily referendums, zero percent divorce rate, and rampant corporate plagiarism. The compassionate, cynical, devout population of 35.629 billion Wyomen are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Wyoma's national animal is the Lion, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.
