People who have good jobs and work quietly at them are lauded; others are viewed with suspicion.

The tiny, corrupt, moralistic government is dominated by the Department of Defense, with Law & Order, Spirituality, and Education also on the agenda, while Environment and Social Policy aren't funded at all.
