The Empire of Reqovia is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by The Board of Directors with an even hand, and renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape, unlimited-speed roads, and multi-spousal wedding ceremonies. The hard-nosed, hard-working, humorless population of 22.23 billion Reqovians are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

The tiny, corrupt, pro-business government is primarily concerned with Defense, with Education, Industry, and Administration also on the agenda, while Social Policy and Welfare are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Zalivok. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient Reqovian economy, worth an astonishing 11,040 trillion Slashings a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Retail, and Uranium Mining. Saying "don't do anything that The Board of Directors wouldn't do" doesn't exclude a great deal, citizens are bankrupted by injuries to cousins they've never met, warfare increasingly resembles a video game, and citizens are expected to be armed at all times. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Reqovia's national animal is the Dragoon, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Atheism.
