The Kingdom of Radicaster is a gargantuan, orderly nation, ruled by Dritim II with an iron fist, and renowned for its keen interest in outer space, ubiquitous missile silos, and pith helmet sales. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 15.405 billion Radicastrians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The relatively small, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government is effectively ruled by the Department of Defense, although Law & Order, Industry, and Education are also considered important, while International Aid and Welfare receive no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Bettertopia City. The average income tax rate is 78.5%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Radicastrian economy, worth a remarkable 7,681 trillion stonks a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is an enormous, deeply entrenched, broadly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Retail, and Book Publishing. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Radicaster's national animal is the fighter jet, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Linism.
