Departments of the Empire (WIP)

While each of the Kingdoms has its own Departments of who's heads are decided by the respective Prime Minister of the Kingdom or the Crown Prince/Princess (in the case of Hyponia) the Empire of Hyponichtmallieturam also has overall Departments* (followed by some of their sub bureaus** ***):

**In cases where Kingdoms have their own departmental Bureau of the same name then the subsequent Empire Bureau is most often called the High Bureau (There are exemptions)
