The Rogue Nation of Mail Jeevas is a colossal, cultured nation, ruled by Lady Yuu with an even hand, and notable for its anti-smoking policies, state-planned economy, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, devout population of 5.972 billion Mail Jeevites are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Education, Defense, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Nia. The average income tax rate is 84.9%, and even higher for the wealthy.
