The Terran Empire of Evil Spock is a gargantuan, orderly nation, ruled by Emperor with an iron fist, and notable for its disturbing lack of elderly people, ban on automobiles, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 11.307 billion subjects are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Law & Order, Education, and Administration are also considered important, while Public Transport and Welfare receive no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Charon. The average income tax rate is 82.1%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The thriving Evil Spockian economy, worth a remarkable 1,979 trillion loyalties a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is an enormous, deeply entrenched, highly specialized black market in Arms Manufacturing and Information Technology. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an impressive 175,073 loyalties, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.2 times as much as the poorest.

Billions of loyalties are being blown on orbital weapons development, the government invades its allies more than its enemies, citizens are barcoded to keep track of their movements, and businesses are scrambling to adapt to the government's mandate that 'time and measurement no longer exist'. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Evil Spock's national animal is the cow, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Emperor Worship.

Evil Spock is ranked 19,631^st in the world and 27^th in Federation of Martian Colonies for Most Scientifically Advanced, scoring 282.75 on the Kurzweil Singularity Index.
