High-income earners pay a 100% tax rate, surveillance cameras are banned, young children are regularly seen wagering pocket money at blackjack tables, and jollity-related fatalities are on the increase. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Eowyn VIII's national animal is the fox, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.
