It's a long jump to get onto the housing ladder, the government loves seeing the little people fight, the government regularly reassures citizens that there are no monsters under their beds, and when their backs are against the walls Noersans look out for gay men. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Noersa's national animal is the Eagle, which is also the nation's favorite main course.
